I just use the drive thru but I'm a pretty regular customer. Greeters always outside ready to take your order. The line is always moving no matter how big it gets. If you end up having an extended wait they usually take care of you with a free sandwich card. Food is always on point. I hate the corporations ideology but this location is great for great food, friendly people, and fast service.
Update : Just came back to say it seems the location is going downhill. Waited 30 minutes for one meal, the line was so congested they were walking meals back to people and then asking them to follow directions around other cars so they could escape with their food. They did not bring my food until I was at the window, my fries completely cold. If only half of the meal is hot I should only have to pay half price, no? They gave no consolation to any of the 15-20 cars all piled behind one white Mazda, instead they just managed the cluster, gave out cold food, and tried to push through it. There are 4 lanes of traffic in the drive thru, they had 1 open. Why? No clue. Honestly might not be back for a while as this is the second time in a row you guys have absolutely ruined my order by way of the wrong food/missing food/cold food. Sucks to see a new location go down only a year or so after opening, I guess the initial fast service/good, hot food/ and manager presence has finally died down.
Came back to lower my review. Came by for a gallon of sweet tea, spent 25 minutes in the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. Literally carrying food to the cars behind me while I’m in the front of the line waiting on my gallon of sweet tea and they’re asking me what I ordered. What...
Read moreI have been a very loyal customer of this chick fil a for many years. I was constantly at the one across for TJMaxx . I loved their food and service and filled out many surveys saying what a great team they had. However all that has changed with their new restaurant.
First let's talk about the Drive-thru, my Lord what crackhead engineer designed that ??? No one can figure it out. Do you merge or not merge? One lane or two? Is he going to let me in? Then there are the poor workers scurring all over like ants. What are you going to do when there is ice and snow on the ground? What if one of the workers slip? This is NC it does happen.
Then there is the food. It has really gone down hill. Fries not full to top and ice cold. Missing condiments. But my last visit was the worst. Ordered nuggets and received nuggets breaded so heavy and thick I couldn't chew them. My mom returned them, she had to walk to the drive thru window because of course the dining room was closed, and the second batch was the SAME! Dry, tough chicken with heavy, dense batter. Hard and crunchy. I know CFA nuggets and these were not them! I don't know if they ran out and had to use something else. It was like KFC chicken left in the fryer 15 mins to long. My cats at home couldn't even eat them.
I'm am very, VERY disappointed with the new restaurant. I will NOT be coming back and will take my money else where. Very sad after all these years to be saying goodbye to once an...

Drew wasted no time expediting our order, and when my best friend and I argued over the bill for her birthday, he didn’t miss a beat. Sometime after our meal, Drew made his move—he surprised us with a brownie sundae and a candle! You wouldn’t believe our shock.
My best friend, having worked at Chick-fil-A in her early 20s, was thoroughly impressed. But the hospitality didn’t end there. As I stopped for a refill on the way out, Drew was there again with a smile. He refilled my lemonade, wished my friend a happy birthday, and said, “Don’t be bashful in Asheville!”
As if on cue, a group of children dining near the exit broke into a chorus of “Happy Birthday” as we left—blushing and giggling.
To Drew, the hardest worker in Asheville, we salute you. And to Chick-fil-A, for being there for us then and now, thank you!
Key Fixes & Enhancements: • Fixed minor typos & grammar: • “we solute you” → “we salute you” • “wished my friend a happy birth” → “wished my friend a happy birthday” • Improved sentence flow & clarity • Formatted for readability
