GameStop — Local services in Ashland

I went here to warranty my PS5 controllers out. I had 2. The idiot that was working didn't know how to do that process without the sticker that was on the boxes even though he saw them in my pro account and I was told that I wouldn't need them. He took both my under warranty controllers and did them as a trade in and gave me one new controller and 10 bucks on a gift card. Not to mention he was on the phone with another store cussing with me and another customer and her child in the store. So lazy and unprofessional. He could have just asked there person he was talking to for help but he sounded like an idiot too. I called their customer service and filed a complaint only to be told it was done wrong and had to be redone. I want my controller.

Update I have filed complaints after complaints. Even with the store manager. He saw what was done. I still have nothing to show for it. I am bumping the stars because he gave me my pro membership back and gave my daughter a good deal.

If they fix this and give me my other controller then I'll bump it again.

They need to stop trying to push preorders for games I am not interested in and a certain employee here has habitually messed up my preorders before by adding games I already preordered before and adding them twice like he really needs to pay better attention to stuff like this because some of us don’t have money for that because I used to go to the GameStop in South Point and believe me Lydia never would have allowed that to happen at South Point’s former location and the employees here need to start paying more attention when customers deposit their preorders otherwise they will lose customers. Also if someone doesn’t want to preorder something that doesn’t mean you keep pushing them to do it because No means NO.

Also can you please hire more workers at the register so that way when you close up for restroom and lunch breaks; customers won’t half to wait a half an hour especially considering Ashland Traffic especially coming off of the bridge at 3 in...

The employees there are dishonest and not willing to make it right when their employees are lieing to customers to make a sale and refuse to do anything at all to even try and make it right when their employees are miss-informing and lieing to the customers to make a sale most companies or stores will offer to either try and get what they were promised for the customer if possible or offer a discount on next purchase or a small gift card for the inconvenience as well as repremanding the employees that have been dishonest to these customers and this store flat out refused to do any of the above customer service is a myth apparently because they don't care about the customers they only care about the sales and money no matter who they have to lie to and screw...
