We searched all over NE Wisconsin for over a year for someone to repair our beloved, 30 year old sectional with recliners at each end. The padding in one of the three sectional units had all but disintegrated due to continual wear. There were cracks in the other areas. Whenever we thought we found someone, they almost immediately bauked when we mentioned things like: leather, blue leather, recliner, cracks, 30 years old, etc. We basically just gave up. Then a friend mentioned ZimmerCraft to us. We called and today we happliy received the repaired piece and absolutely love it. The new padding is a bit denser which we really like. The cracks in the vinyl sides and back panel were expertly repaired and blend in perfectly. Even better was the communication and customer service focus. From start to finish we were kept informed about the approach, estimated cost and progress. Pickup and delivery were easy and done professionally. Could not believe this exceptional experience!! From the first call thru to delivery of my chair, the helpfulness and sincere kindness of Tom and the staff made my small project a pleasure. I was having a hard time finding a fix for my chair that had springs detached but otherwise was still good. Tom didn't hesitate to help. After just texting him pictures of the problem he arranged transport of the chair. They fixed the broken spring clips, replaced all the other clips to prevent future problems, and repaired a seat foam issue that I did not know about. All in just a couple days turnaround time. I could not have asked for better people...
