Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Ashwaubenon

Update 6/13/25 Again ordered chips and was given the wrong flavor. How can employees be that dumb? How can't you read a label. Sea salt and vinegar in no way resembles jalapeño.

Update 8/19/23 Went through the drive through. Ordered two cheese steak subs, one with a large fries and one with chips. I then decided to ask for two bags of chips. I get up to the window and she tells me she charged me for two large fries when trying to add another bag of chips and asked me if I wanted both of them. She told me she couldn't delete the second order of fries. I then asked her if I paid for the second order of large fries and she told me that I did. I then asked her why I wouldn't take them if she had charged me for them. She then replied that she would give them to me and apologized for the mix up. I don't really like fries, but I guess that was put on my lunch order today. Well, I tried to eat them, but they were awful and they had to be discarded. They were very soggy and not fresh. Very disappointed in the service and the quality of the food. Where is the quality control?

Update: 11/20/22 The most expensive regular soda around. Over $12 for a sub, soda, and chips.

Was the only one in the drive thru and still had to wait 9 minutes to get my food. And, of course, there are no napkins in the bag when the oil is already leaking through. Cousins has good subs, but are pricey for what you get. I got the roast beef and cheddar and spent around $18 for the sandwich alone. Granted the sub is very large and the ingredients are high quality. The taste is very good in my opinion. I enjoy going as a treat when I'm in town. That said the location was not busy at all. This location has a Subway almost next door for competition. I'm sure that doesn't help, but they are really different classes of sub shops. The Cousins was clean but sparse. No frills decor, but not ugly either. Just very plain inside. Employees were helpful and responsive, but also not very busy. This will be my first and last experience with this particular cousins subs. From the beginning to the end it was a poor experience. Pulling in the lady taking our order through the drive thru had an attitude because we didn't know what we wanted and asked questions about a sandwhich because we couldn't read the sign. We finish ordering (a BLT, roast pork, and cheese curds) and waited 5 minutes for our food which would have been acceptable had they not forgotten our cheese curds. To be fair they hadn't charged us either for the curds so we simply left as to not deal with the rude lady.
