I wouldn't recommend this place or this company. I went there the first time and the associate was rude and snotty. Was never told there was a charge for INK and apparently it's $0.70 per page until the associate rang me up. She also wasn't helpful at answering questions or friendly. I also did give this company a second chance before posting a review by ordering some prints online for delivery...clearly a mistake. DO NOT do it. My order was never delivered, called customer service and put on hold for 20mins just for them to tell me they don't know what shop it was supposed to go to for printing and will make a request for the resolution team to contact me. I waited 2 days and nobody ever called/emailed me regarding my issue. Called again, customer service not helpful said they could request for someone to contact me again and I'd have to wait at least 24hours. I requested my order be cancelled and money refunded. Was told I needed to wait 24 hours for refund to happen. Well...it has been 2 days and Still No Refund. They also wouldn't post my review regarding my order and sent me an email to notify me of that. Yet they can't seem to help me with my order or refund my money. Don't waste time with this place, FedEx is better and more reliable for printing services and...

I made a quick stop for black printer ink while my mom parked at Olive Garden. I picked up my ink and went to check out. The front desk area will usually check you out but I was told to go to the one checkout line where one person was being helped. She wanted to put money onto a gift card with her credit card. The checker couldn't get it to work. I waited patiently. Finally the woman I talked to first came over and tried to solve the problem. She said you couldn't use a credit card to put money on a gift card. The customer said she had been there before and done it. Finally the higher up person said well maybe you can only use certain gift cards and told the checker to take the customer over to the gift card area and see which cards could be used. They walked away! My mouth dropped. There was nobody else in the store! Finally the woman who I talked to in the first place said that she would check me out. Totally unbelievable. My mom couldn't figure out what happened to me....

Susan and Josh helped my boyfriend and I for over an hour at the Ashwaubenon location. We purchased an old farm and found photos that were ~100 years old. The original owners wanted the photos, but let us bring in the pictures to make copies. Susan and Josh were able to print copies that looked better than the originals. This took some creativity and lots of effort to prevent ruining the old prints that were stuck to the frame! I don't think anywhere else would've gotten us as nice of prints. They were so kind and helpful, and they even stayed a few minutes after close to get them done. We cannot thank them enough! Please let them know we GREATLY...
