The way these people run this dispensary is a joke. They say they’re just following the law, but they are just enforcing their own stupid personal rules. They act high and mighty every time I’ve come in. And I’ve been a loyal customer driving over an hour EVERY SATURDAY for over a year now, for their deals. They never make it a good experience. If I could get this deal ANYWHERE else, I’d stop coming here instantly.

One example is their 3 day return policy.

I go there once a week and purchase my weekly reup in cartridges. So on Wednesday, when I open a new cart, if it doesn’t work, I can’t return it?

This means I have to open all the carts and test them within 3 days? Then drive another hour out of my way to return any that aren’t working?

Does that make sense?

Doesn’t seem like they give a single flying funk about their customers satisfaction. I tried to return a faulty cart a few days after purchasing 7, and they said SORRY IT’S POLICY. And that was that.

Anyway, that’s just ONE of many VERY stupid policies this place enforces. I hope I can find another place to purchase because I hate it here...

Absolutely terrible experience. Employee behind counter was weighing stuff out for another customer, so obviously he was busy. But not once did he greet us or any of the other 5 people that walked in after us, even though he looked up at all of us multiple times. We all stood there for 15 mins and not a single “I’ll be with you as soon as I can” or any acknowledgement that any of us were even in the store. I heard other people complaining as well, and finally after 20 mins of just standing there a few of us left and decided to take our business elsewhere. Max was great yesterday as always! He is consistently friendly and knowledgeable about products.

Julian was extremely condescending towards my friend and I. He was hesitant to show us the dabs we were asking about because they weren't hash rosin. And when I came back a little before 9:15pm to buy some White Label dab, I felt like an inconvenience. He kept stressing the fact they close at 10. So I left without buying anything since it seemed like that's what he wanted.
