I have a couple of reasons why I will not be shopping at this store anymore and why I do not recommend it.

Extremely Poor Customer Service : The owner (Older Lady) has a very nasty attitude. Multiple reviews have confirmed this and she has not done anything to change it, even if she does later it's not genuine. It's because they have lost money & customers.

Products come from liquidation pallets, they are bought for pennies on a dollar because they are either way pass the expiration date, store returns, and/or faulty products. They have a final sale policy so returns are not accepted. Many products I have bought from this store were wasted as the product wasn't effective due to the expiration status. Hence why the products don't work, look or smell the same as a product still in it's shelf life range. Most recently was this spray deodorant that doesn't spray.

Fee for using debit card, you aren't saving much by shopping here, considering the fact that the products are expired as well, it's better to just purchase from Walmart or Target because by the time you pay the extra debit card fee you aren't saving much. If you don't have the money just use afterpay & etc.

Parking - So inconvenient.

It's not hard to order your own liquidation pallet, a quick google search will walk you through the process. They get these products for pennies, charge a hefty mark up, charge an additional debit card fee, AND provide the worse customer service ever. I am sure this business won't be around long. As soon as someone else opens a similar store with better options the customers will migrate because of the reasons...

If you've never been here... GO! This place DEFINITELY has competitive pricing. MOSTLY health/hygiene items. MOSTLY these type things are priced between $2-4 🚫 🚫 🚫 THE ONLY NEGATIVE I HAVE IS THIS: So far, THIS YEAR ONLY, I've gone here to shop, paid for an Uber, and when I get there, there's a sign on the door saying "CLOSED" (on reg weekdays too!), and ALWAYS for a week EVERY TIME! Idk, apparently maybe the owner takes a lot of trips and when he does he closes the WHOLE STORE....it's EXTREMELY AGGRAVATING when you get there & have already paid $10 for an Uber. If you're not close by...CALL FIRST!!! 😭...This has happened to me 2-3× ALREADY within a YEARS TIME... So yeah... It's...

It is so obvious just upon walking in here & getting a view of the whole atmosphere that the owners AND employees (every single one) - are extremely dedicated to providing quality products at a fraction of the in-store costs. The store is always immaculate, organized, and it fascinates me how they are able to keep it so with the HUGE variety of products they have available at any given time. Truly, I haven't visited Walmart since I discovered them a couple of years ago (and I don't think anyone will argue that a skipped trip to Walmart alone is enough to SUPPORT LOCAL!)
