Absolutely the worst service I've unironically experienced. Initially tried to dine in, but there was no hostess after waiting 3 minutes while the people for takeout were just staring at us. We then went to place a to go order. That's when another customer brought back their food and said it was wrong. Cashier walked away. The supposed hostess came to finish the order. Said we would be called and handed our food when it was ready. We went and sat and waited, and waited other people getting their food before ours. I mistakenly waited too long thinking there was actual customer service and they would check up on us, but they ended up just staring. I finally went up to the cashier after 50 minutes to ask about our food. She then took the receipt and never gave it back and brought out old food that was completely wrong and tried to say it was not wrong. They gave us 5 wings and 2 side orders of fries when we had ordered 20 wings all flats and 2 sides of fries. The cashier then gave us attitude and was rude. She then walked away and came back telling us they are remaking the food. I mimicked her snarky attitude when I asked if I have to go out of my way to keep asking about my food. She then said she would call us. Someone else calls our name after a few minutes and it is the old wings from when we originally ordered that were sitting on the counter of the kitchen. The order was still wrong. They got our order wrong not once, but twice and still had the audacity to give us old food. The rude, snarky one that came back and said she would call us admitted that was old food and was just trying to give it away since it had been sitting. We were over it and just wanted a refund. Manager came out was very quick and blunt. I stopped her to fully bring the situation to her attention so something like this wouldn't happen again, but a lack of care from management gets you a lack of care from employees. She really could not care less. Still pressed about the refund having to be 3-5 business days and all she did was take down our information. Gonna have to watch to see if it actually clears. Never coming back and hope y'all steer clear. I'm sure others have had good experiences, but this was our first ever experience with them and it was exhausting and just not worth it to coin...
   Read moreI rarely write reviews, but my experience with Buffalo Wild Wingsâ takeout service at this location was so horrendous that I feel compelled to warn others. I placed an online order for 4:10 PM, which included 20 wings, fries, and ranch and celery on the side. I arrived at 3:50 PM and was immediately met with indifference. I stood at the front counter for five minutes while multiple employees ignored me completely, chatting on their phones and with each other, before someone finally acknowledged me and asked for my name. From that point on, the service only got worse. I waited patiently as 30 minutes passedânow 10 minutes past my scheduled pickup timeâand repeatedly had to remind five different employees about my order. Each time, they seemed completely distracted, laughing, watching TV, texting, or just standing around with no sense of urgency. At one point, I even witnessed an employee physically get into an altercation with a customer in the lobby. An hour after my food was supposed to be ready, it took a manager personally intervening to check on the order. Another 15 minutes later, I was handed only the wings with a casual âhave a nice day.â I had to remind them twice that my order also included fries, ranch, and celery. By the time I received the complete orderâan hour and a half after it was supposed to be readyâthe food was cold, and frankly, I didnât even care enough to wait any longer for them to attempt to correct their mistakes. This location demonstrates some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Employees are inattentive, unprofessional, and seemingly unconcerned with fulfilling basic orders.    Read moreI placed this order a whole week in advance. We were hosting a draft party and thought B Dubs would be a great addition to our fantasy football party.
We arrived at 5:45 to pick up our order. I had placed the order to be ready at 6pm.
At 6pm we asked the host, where is our food? The response was, âItâs not ready yet.â Ok when will it be ready? They could not provide an answer. At 6:15, they then said, we donât even have this order in our system. Verbatim they said, âit just showed up on the screen.â Whatever that means. This is the GM who said this to us.
At 6:30, we still had no food. A whole 30 mins after it was supposed to have been ready. The GM assures us he is working on it.
We eventually received a bag of food at 6:35. We walked to our car, checked the bags and realize they gave us absolutely no sauces. (The order specified we wanted all sauces on the side). Nothing except naked wings.
We go back in and ask for our sauces. The hostess asks whatâs wrong, we reply we got no sauce for our 160 wings. The GM comes back out from the kitchen and has to print out the ticket in order to even see the sauces that we ordered.
Finally, 10 mins later, itâs now 6:45, we get all of our sauces. We were offered no sort of apology.
We ended up still not getting everything we ordered, but at that point, we needed to just leave so we werenât late to our event. We were missing all of the celery and carrots plus many containers of ranch and blue cheese, and a lot of the sauces.
This was an extremely horrible experience and we will probably never be back to this BWW...
