A great place to get any technology service done. All of their sales consultants are extremely nice and they will make sure you find what you are looking for. Their prices cannot be beat. However if you do see a cheaper price, they do price match. The manager is very caring about his regular customers. If you need help with anything just ask for Jason, Jimmy or any of the managers. If neither one of them are available, there is nothing to stress. All the associates are great and very friendly. Highly recommend for anyone to come here for all office supplies and any services from technology to copy and print services.Another great thing about Office Depot off of Atlanta Highway is that they always try to get you the lowest price possible. Never have I had to come in there paying what I expected to pay. It is always lower. Every time they ring me out on their register, they make sure to add an additional in store coupon so my price goes down. They will always make sure to ask about your rewards information, and all the benefits that can come along with your purchase. Yes, sometimes there are times where an associate gets too busy, but if you be patient with them, they will take care of you. I always suggest going to the store early in the morning around opening time. That’s when you won’t have a great rush and the associates will assist you right away. They sure do know how to keep their customers coming back. Not once have I seen the floor dirty or any of the aisles unorganized. No matter how wild the crowd is, the associates make sure to recover the store as soon as possible so the store looks neat and tidy. Yes, their price markup is higher than a lot of the other stores such as Walmart. However if you are a rewards holder for them, you always get good deals and most of the time you get rebate back. Which is a great way to put money back in your pocket to come back and spend here. A great thing I liked about their customer service, was the fact that they never let you walk out empty handed. If they do not carry the item that you are looking for in store, they will inform you right away about ordering it online at the store. This gives you the option to avoid delivery charges and fast delivery straight to your house. Another great thing about Office Depot is that they offer Square Trade on most of their products. This helps a lot if you are fixing to buy technology from them. Square Trade is a two year protection on your product and it covers everything. The customer service is great. Their company is based in the United States and not outsourced. Which makes phone calls and tech support very easy. There are no hidden fees or deductibles. Also it is very reasonable. I had gotten a 400 dollar laptop from them and the 2 year protection was only 110 dollars. Which was like paying less than 5 dollars a month. No contract and no way of them getting money out of you. This place is really expensive!!!!! first of all they have insanely high prices. Same products other places are way cheaper. if you don't wanna spend almost double than what you should be spending then be prepared to pull up each item on the walmart website where they have it for much cheaper. I guess a good thing about this store is thatt they match prices but Their employees are very pushy! If a customer says that they do not want any assistance that doesn't mean to keep bothering that customer. its not like that their mind is going to change. They try to persuade you that they have the lowest prices on their phone repairs but they are actually really pricey. My iphone 5 had a small crack on the screen and they tried to get a hundred dollars outta me. That is too over priced. I found 3 places that do it for less than 79.99. The only good thing about this store are the managers. Whenever i show them prices for items on a different website they always drop the price and give me a bunch of coupons and are not very rude about it. Jason is usually the one to help me out. with all that being said i still come here to shop because it is closest to my house and they do fix computers and i always have a problem with mine. Their tech people are pretty good and they do their services for cheap but sometimes they will tell me my computer will be done and ready to go the same day i come drop it off but i will have to wait a day or two. Other than that their tech department isn't too bad. Their black friday sales were good. My brother got a laptop that was worth originally at 850 dollars for 450. I usually spend most of my time here at the copy and print center. thats the only place where i don't have to worry about price matching. Positives: The store is always very well-stocked and neat. Browsing is a pleasant experience, especially since everything is right where you'd expect it to be. They also have a lot things on clearance frequently and I saw some pretty nice deals the last couple of times I swung by.

However, every time I come to this location the staff is VERY pushy. Immediately when I walk into the doors, there is a sales associate waiting to ask me if I need help finding something. I appreciate their drive to offer prompt service, but I'd rather they allow the customer to look around a bit since it can be a bit jarring to walk right into being questioned - I've witnessed a LOT of fellow customers being caught by surprise by this alongside myself.

I know that people like service like that (I do too), so I would not have as much of an issue with it if not for an occasion a couple of months ago when I came in just to browse for a pair of ear buds. I didn't find what I wanted and was out of the door when one of the sales clerks called after me, in a loud voice, "Can I help you find something?" It completely caught me off guard since I was already leaving the store, and it soured my experience.
