I NEVER EVER WRITE BAD REVIEWS BUT THIS HAS T0 BE WRITTEN ! I purchased CHILDS Nike dunk on 12/31/24 for my daughter she wasnât with me so I brought the shoes home, she tried in the shoes walked around in the house and wanted the shoes with the straps instead of laces so they would be easier to due at school , went back the very next day 1/1/24 at around 11AM was told the shoes were damaged and ruined now and not resealable over a stupid crease , give me a friggen break not only that the âmanagerâ if you want to call her manager was totally unprofessional ! I made 2 phone calls to corporate ! I also went in a 2nd time still with her nasty unprofessionalism tells me the shoes are totally damaged and refused the EXCHANGE not even my money back and EXCHANGE , waiting for corporate to tell me further instructions in the meantime my child goes back to school Tuesday ! I would NEVER go back there again ! Look at the photos below I guess this is what you would call disgusting condition of shoes

She wanted to know how long I had worn the shoes. She didn't look at the receipt to see how long I had the shoes. She tried to get me to exchange them and said they would not be able to resale the shoes. She said she had no idea what would happen when the shoes were sent back to the warehouse. I told her they would re-box them and prepare them to be sold, again and I wanted a refund. She realized I was going to "stand my ground" and finally gave me my refund. What made it so bad, another sales lady was standing beside her being trained and she is being trained to lie and be disrespectful to customers who return items.
