KFC — Restaurant in Athens

On Dec 19,2023 we stopped at kfc Athens. We got 2 of the big box meal which was $11.79 each.. (this box has 3 pieces of chicken 2 sides and a biscuit and a drink) she ask crispy or original? I’m like original… she asked white or dark? I’m like white.. she ask anything else? I’m like no that’s all.. she says that will be $30.44..we look at each other like what the ….? I pull around and she comes to window and says that’s $30.44.. Im like how is that $30.44? I mean for real the big box is $11.79 x 2 plus tax so there is no way.. she like no it’s right. Im like well that just makes no sense.. she says well we added $2.20 to each meal im like why? She says because you got white meat im like so you asked me white or dark did you not She is like yes I did ..I said not one time did you say .. if you get white it’s a extra $2.20.. I'm like that’s misleading. She is like well it’s on the board inside the restaurant.. Im like well don’t you think that it needs to be on outside where you order…?? Just wrong on on levels.. people in drive thru needs to be informed that if they get white meat they’re gonna be charged extra. Some people might not have enough money for all your hidden charges! Just saying KFC...

Absolutely terrible!! The food was disgusting. The order was wrong 3 times. The lady putting the food in the boxes came up to the drive thru window for the third wrong food order, and confronted me in a very aggressive and intimidating effort to ask me, and I quote, "Is there a problem?". I simply asked to get the correct order that I ordered. She then said, "You can give me the food back, and I'll refund your money.*. I then explained that I didn't want my money back. I just wanted what I ordered, and I even paid extra for the upgrade. I tried calling to speak with a manager, but no one has yet to answer the phone. KFC has become extremely expensive over the years. I feel that especially with the prices you pay for their chicken and chicken meals that you should AT LEAST get what you're paying for without a bad service attitude, and the correct order. I'm...

First time we got wrong order. Called and talked to Patricia, and told her about it. She would put my name down in the book, and she would replace our order. So one week later, I go back up there to tell them about having my name in book, and I brought back the original receipt. Got to the window. I had to repeat myself over and over again to a couple of people. They were about to do it wrong again. We did not order green beans, and coleslaw. I know this because my husband hates them. I had to pull over to wait. This time the food was correct, and was warm. They gave us extra crispy chicken, when we wanted original.
