I would like to begin by noting that it has been some time since my last visit to this business, and I have spent some time reflecting on whether to write this review. I have seen numerous positive reviews regarding the customer service and the quality of the drinks, and I do agree with those assessments to some extent.

When the female staff member is working, the customer service is excellent—she is friendly, approachable, and always willing to answer any questions. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered the male staff member, whose demeanor was noticeably less welcoming. When I asked for recommendations, I was met with a response that felt dismissive and impatient. This interaction was particularly disappointing as I was uncertain about my order after a previous drink tasted chalky, and I hoped for some helpful guidance.

If I could be assured that the same female staff member would be present during my visits, I would certainly return. However, I find it difficult to overlook the lack of professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the male staff member, especially early in the morning when I simply want to enjoy...
