Carlos is so nice! He is also professional, courteous and does excellent work! I brought my husband's watch in for a new band as the old one had broken and lost a pin, and he installed a perfect new match. He even took the buckle from the old band to match the watch housing with the new band, which I would not have thought of. My credit card wasn't going through so I offered to run nextdoor to Chase to get cash and almost ran out with the watch without paying and he was so nice about it. Will definitely be bringing our business here...
