Cozy, intimate, and family owned. Very warm and relaxing atmosphere. The menu is more authentically Japanese, what you'd see in a typical restaurant in Japan: Small plates and starters, Sushi, Sashimi, and Donburi. The sushi is the best in the area, no question, made by hand after you order. The rice is soft and fluffy and the sushi-no-su is a perfect balance of rice vinegar and sugar. Absolutely delicious and filling. The seaweed salads and karaage are also perfection and the servings of Donburi are generous and well-seasoned. Everything is fresh, prepared with skill and care, and served on quality stoneware and beautiful ceramic dishes. This is now our go-to local place. We're so glad...

The overworked waiter speaks from behind a mask, making her Chinese accent even harder to understand. Then she will ignore you, and it will take 30 minutes for the first morsel of food to arrive. The kitchen is busy and you hear the lady yelling and speaking at the tip of her voice. The tables are too close to each other, and you can hear your neighbors conversations all too clearly. The rolls are ok, the tatake...
