This is my favorite Ross store, but had to give it a low rating. After finding what I came in for, men's undergarments, there was a line of 4 customers at the cashier. Okay, shouldn't take too long.
It did. They didn't open another cashier and when I looked behind me, there were 8 more customers in the line. Lots of customer frustration. A three's a crowd policy would be helpful.

He was very nice and ensured that a male customer would not be entering the female area where my teen daughter and I would be. I feel safe in this dressing room. Not so many other places do I feel respected anymore, but at least this gentleman who was dressed very nice and clean whom has respect for customers as he did.
