Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Redwood City

This is my favorite Ross store, but had to give it a low rating. After finding what I came in for, men's undergarments, there was a line of 4 customers at the cashier. Okay, shouldn't take too long.

It did. They didn't open another cashier and when I looked behind me, there were 8 more customers in the line. Lots of customer frustration. A three's a crowd policy would be helpful.

Do not come here if you're thinking of a quick trip. If you do, always keep an eye on the line and get in there even if you cut your trip short. If you are short on time and the line is long, the alternative is to leave...

The reason I'm giving 5 stars is due to nice older gentleman that works at the dressing rooms in the back. He was very nice and ensured that a male customer would not be entering the female area where my teen daughter and I would be. I feel safe in this dressing room. Not so many other places do I feel respected anymore, but at least this gentleman who was dressed very nice and clean whom has respect for customers as he did.
