This is a long overdue review for a such a wonderful vendor! We worked with Beth last June at our wedding at Clos LaChance. To say she is one of the best we ever worked with is an understatement! Beth went above and beyond in everything that she did for us before, during, and after our wedding.

When we were initially planning our wedding, floral was not at the top of our priority and we allotted a sizable but reasonable amount in our budget. However, when we started to look into florists, we encountered some not-so-friendly who were not happy to work with our budget and would send some passive aggressive emails our way. Encountering such unfriendly and condescending florists like that made it very difficult to find the joy in wedding planning and we were albeit ready to give up and move onto plan B for florals. That's when we came across Sassy Diva Designs through Reddit of all places!

From the get-go, Beth was a dream to work with! She was transparent with her estimations and willing to work with us to fit our budget. She made suggestions and alterations to make sure that we did not surpass our limit and still fit into our overall design. Not only that but she made us feel really comfortable talking to her and never ever did we feel judged. Our virtual meeting with her felt easy and comforting and we walked out of the meeting knowing we had to work with her.

Throughout the wedding planning process, Beth was one of the most responsive vendors that we had and she constantly worked with us as we made changes to the overall design. Since we planned our entire wedding by ourselves, Beth was the person we consulted when we had design ideas/changes and she would help us brainstorm to keep things cohesive. For most of the ideas we had, Beth already had it available for rental (which made everything so convenient). Additionally, when we came across new ideas like the pocket boutonniere, Beth wouldn't just be willing to take on the challenge, she would have so much excitement to do it as well! On the day of the wedding, she helped with every mishap we had with the flowers and beyond that. Not only did she set up her flowers and candles that she provided, but she also helped set up some of the stuff that we brought in as well! Where else can you find such an accommodating vendor? Not to mention, she brought the vision of our wedding to life with her designs!

After the wedding, we had Beth and her team work on preserving the bridal bouquet into a frame that hang above our bed and coasters for our shared area. Everyone did such a great job communicating with us throughout the process and everything turned out spectacular!

Beth was a dream to work with and we could not have been happier to have found her! The only regret we have is we didn't hire on Sassy Diva for our day-of coordination because we're sure they would have went above and...

Beth was my wedding coordinator in May 2025. We hired her for a “month-of” service which included about 45 days of coordination before and during wedding day. I wish our experience was good, but it wasn’t. From the very beginning, Beth didn’t pay much attention to our wedding, missed our first (!) introduction meeting so I had to email her with the reminder, and didn’t answer many emails from my vendors and myself. Every time this happened, she said she is just very busy, but it was hard to feel empathetic to her given that we hired her to do this job - I mean, maybe don’t take it if you know you can’t handle it with your current schedule, and give us a chance to have a good experience with someone else? Eventually, I had to do all coordination with the vendors myself, which doubled my workload because I also had to communicate with her. On the wedding day, she didn’t pay much attention to our ceremony. When she lined up my bridesmaids to walk down the aisle, she forgot to give them the bouquets! So they walked without bouquets, and she didn’t even notice. Eventually, my friend who was supposed to enjoy the ceremony, noticed that and run over to the venue to grab them and pass them to bridesmaids, all that while I (bride) was walking down the aisle! While Beth was just observing all of that, without doing anything. And that is just one of many things. Overall, her attitude during my wedding was very unpleasant and not nice; many guests commented on that as why was she so rude and abrasive, and I felt that too. Sassy Diva Designs did a wonderful job for our winter wedding! We booked Beth and her team to be our day of coordinator as well as florist. It was great having them do both, it really saved us a lot of time because they knew from our coordination meetings what kind of vision we wanted and having them do both just lends so much flexibility to how our actual venue and decor was executed on the day of.

As far as coordination, Beth has a lot of experience and is thorough. We met virtually at least several times with Beth to go over the details. She traveled to our venue as well to get an idea about the actual venue. My husband and I were both kind of indecisive about a lot of things, so Beth was a great resource and was always forthcoming with advice. I really didn't have any idea about what flowers I wanted, and by the end of it I was exhausted with choosing. I just knew the colors and what kind of look I preferred. I sent Beth a Pinterest board and she executed everything so, so perfectly. We got so many comments about how beautiful our flowers were!

On the day of our wedding, everything went perfectly! Beth and Ann were on time, and really nothing came up as far as hiccups, which is exactly how you want the day to go as a bride! Beth and Ann just made our venue look exactly how I was envisioning after such a crazy year long planning process. Literally, the day went so smoothly. I was so happy and had so much fun.
