When we first started going everything was great now there never seems to be more then one of each item. We needed paint that is only sold at tractor supply didn't get in as much as they said . Hubby given a rain check and the lady explained it like it was a special order so I explained it to him. I went in after that to wash my dog and there was empty shampoo bottles, only shampoo was sensitive. Only one dryer worked and it stunk so bad. I could tell it hadn't been cleaned in over a month. I have used it 3 times and the first was awesome the second was still good but could tell it was being used on a daily basis, which is fine but this last time it was disgusting. They never have our dogs food anymore, sometimes if I ask for it they have it in the back, but not on the shelf and again one bag. I go through 2 bags every couple weeks so to only buy one bag is pointless. I started having all my pet food delivered now by Chewy I don't have time to go to the store every week for dog food. Have new pup coming home so needed everything. Got a nice Mossy Oak bed, shampoo, brush, got assistance with selecting high quality wet and dry puppy food, liver training treats, non-rawhide chews, toys, collar, leash, no spill dishes, puppy training pads, etc…good selection and got everything we needed, and a few things not needed :). The Athol TS isn’t just a retail store. I’m an Idahoan and new to northern Idaho. I’ve got new land and new animals and don’t just need stuff, but problems solved. The staff here is so incredibly helpful. From t posts, to chickens, to water etc. they have helped me make decisions and avoid pitfalls.
