Ribs are juicy and perfect, not a bad price either. BBQ sauce is really good, make sure you get extra sauce for the ribs. Pulled pork sammichs are delicious, add some Cole slaw for a sweet crunch. It’s a walk up joint near government so not much atmosphere but the food is to good to pass up.

Ribs were pretty miserable. Boiled/pressure cooked. There is a really nice BBQ trailer parked there, but the ribs weren't cooked on it. No bark, no smoke, no color, no flavor. I knew as soon as I opened the box, the ribs had been boiled. I get it, though. BBQ ribs are a lot of work, 4-5 hours of babysitting a smoker, and that's after you get a nice bed of coals going.
