Oh gosh, where do I start? If I could give 10 stars, I would. Rashaad is absolutely amazing. I booked him for a birthday dinner/date night. Booking him was an easy process. He thoroughly explained everything from the pricing to the menu options and set up. I originally had a picnic planned, but this Atlanta weather definitely changed that lol. Rashaad easily switched everything to in house and still made it happen. He arrived on time and dinner was served in a timely manner starting with the appetizers, to the main course, and of course dessert. His food was really good, and his conversation and entertainment was the cherry on top. It was a whole experience with him and I do appreciate him for making this happen. Chef Night exceeded my expectations a thousand times over! I could tell that he takes pride in what he does and he loves every step of the process. I didn’t taste one things that I didn’t absolutely love; my tastebuds were activated in a way that they have never before. The combinations of sweet and savory are indescribable by any word in the dictionary. I felt greatness with every bite. This man is an artist to say the least. We had a nice, romantic picnic for two at a small park on the Atlanta Beltline. The charcuterie platter was displayed very beautifully, and the food was delicious. There was more than enough for two—fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, homemade blueberry jam, pita bread, hummus, and the best pasta salad I’ve had in a long time. Plus dessert and sparkling juice. It was wonderful. Chef Rashaad and I talked beforehand to discuss the details. He was very friendly and accommodating.
