I had the BEST experience getting a full service beard trim and cut from Elan! Not only did she do an Awesome job, but we also had a Great conversation and found out we had quite a bit in common! My family and I were actually just passing through Atlanta and came to eat at the Chi Chi Vegan restaurant next door. I wasn't able to get a trim before we left home in Savannah, so I went against my usual habits of only getting cuts from my regular girls, lol, and asked Elan if I could get in line. We went to eat first and she came to get me as soon as she was ready, which was totally unexpected and going above the norm for a stranger. We had an Awesome conversation about Skydiving, Motorcycles and our wives, lol, who seem to be very similar (our opposites. Haha) and when she was done with her work, I was Super happy! Most importantly, my Wife was super happy with the results and I'm glad I decided to stop in! Needless to say, if I'm ever in Atlanta in the future and need a trim, I know Exactly where I'm coming and who I'm seeing! Thank you so much for an Awesome experience and great conversation, I hope to see you again in Savannah and introduce you to my Skydiving family before we go jump out of an Awesome (bigger) plane, haha!...

So usually I’m the one who cuts my husband’s hair, but this time I wanted to treat him to a more professional experience. I found out about this place from a friend who highly recommended them. And when I saw their executive cut package, I thought that would be a great experience for my husband. So before going in, I expected a high quality cut with a high quality experience. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. Don’t get me wrong, the cut itself was fine. But even though my husband didn’t want any hair cut off of the top, they still didn’t even offer or proceed to at least style it. He left the shop with a “birds nest” on his head. If it were my shop, I wouldn’t want any client of mine leave looking like that! Because it’s a direct representation of our work. Also, we paid for the executive cut, and we didn’t get ANY of the additional services that we paid for. We were overall a bit disappointed with our experience. And we will not be returning. If you do decide to book here, please be very clear about how you want to look before leaving the shop, and remind them of the services that...

I received a haircut late Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving by my barber Elan. I had already written a great review, but after what I witnessed while leaving the shop I decided to change it. There is a male barber there who's really thin and has twisted hair, who was verbally abusive to my barber Elan. This visit was my third visit to the shop, but will be my last. I witnessed this male barber literally scream at my barber who's a woman, that he would "physically assault her," in front of all of the patrons. He got in her face as if he was positioning himself to hit her. I stayed a while longer to ensure Elan was safe. I mean seriously, the different levels of unprofessionalism I've witnessed from other barbers in that shop is the reason I will not come back. I've followed Elan for 6 years now, and have never seen her operate her business in such chaos. I truly hope she will find another barbershop because this place is a facade. The lure will get you in there and then it's a bait and switch type atmosphere. Thumbs down for Cutters...
