Kroger Pharmacy — Local services in Atlanta

Very disappointing. I transferred my prescription from another pharmacy to this one during quarantine due to the kindness of the pharmacy techs. Unfortunately, it seems the reliability and customer service are no longer something I can depend on with this location. I've had difficulty having my prescription filled twice in less than one month for 2 separate prescriptions. Both times, the pharmacy had the prescriptions in their system. The first time I had this issue, I called to ensure my prescription was ready for pick-up before picking up. I could've had done the same today before venturing to pick my prescription up, but didn't think I would need to. On my drive home, I realized I would rather not need to follow-up to be sure my prescription was viewed and is being processed as that is the pharmacy's job. No apology or offer to complete my prescription today because they close at 6 and I arrived approx. 5 minutes before that time although it was their error that they did not fill it. I've noticed they seem to have a new pharmacist and new staff. I am not sure if this has something to do with the issues I've had. The 2 stars are for past positive experiences I've had. I went in to fill a prescription, granted I’ve been going here for quite some time, my prescription was dated to be filled the day I was there trying to get it filled. They said I had to wait four days due to the last time I was there? I told them I was going out of town for vacation next week that I couldn’t get it filled nor wait four days. That’s why the prescription was due to be filled by my doctor on the day i was at the pharmacy. This location has unprofessional staff who are not helpful and rude. For one example upon many, I went there when the window was supposed to be open. After calling them, they were agitated I rang the bell despite their lunch break being over. From there they proceeded to say my prescription was not received.
