I went in yesterday just get the back of my hair TRIMMED OFF. I think her name was Kim or kimmy. Asian lady. I told her I wanted the back a little bit shorter. I kept telling her not to cut too much because my hair is curly so it will be even shorter when it’s dried but she would not listen to me. I knew by the first snip that she messed up. She kept talking over me and telling me I am wrong. I left the salon because I knew they were going to gas light me. I later called to let her know that she really messed the back of my hair up and once again she kept yelling over me a not letting me get a word out until I had to ask her to let me speak! She was all around PUSHY AND SUPER RUDE. Now I am going to another salon to see if it can be fixed but I really just don’t like how she was rude and kept talking over me. This is MY HAIR. I am the customer!! Not you. Be nice and have compassion. And SLOW DOWN and listen to your customers. All around a horrible experience. I had my hair cut here after getting a coupon in the mail. Although this lady did a good job cutting my hair from mid back to mid neck. It was even all around but more blunt than I had asked for. I came back to get it trimmed more and had a different person. The Russian stylist was nice enough, but barely wet my hair, didn't comb it out evenly before cutting and only cut the sides. She didn't blend that with the back. When she asked me if it was OK, I sat there trying to decide what to say. She thought I was deciding if I wanted more cut. After washing and styling, I now have uneven hair from left to right, with it blunt in the back. 1 star simply because of the russian stylist, if she can even be called a stylist. She tolerated zero room for nuance or customization in the haircut and I walked out very disappointed with the result. She even screwed up which side of my head my hair parted on... in which she had a 50/50 chance to just guess and get it right. It goes to show how little this woman could be bothered with her job. This woman acted as though it were a waste of her time to actually do her job well and that I were imposing on her by asking for a haircut. Can't speak for the other stylists but this woman was like getting an army hair cut: sit down, no talking and don't ask questions.
