Zero ā should be given! My niece and I walked over there today 4/5/21 with baby in the stroller around 1045AM. Myself and a few others are waiting at the Starbucks counter... noone there, noone comes. I go to Customer service desk & the manager said they open at 630AM. There should be someone there. So she calls and says they're there now you can go back and order. I go back there and the young lady Rudely says she's not opened, bc she has to fill the display case with foods! I dismiss her NASTITUDE bc it's Monday and Clearly I should've went to Target Starbucks or even lil 5 per usual, and I wanted A Chai tea latte THEN! I Politely asked what time should I come back & she says 15 minutes. I stroll the baby around some & go back to the counter, I see 4 cakes in whole case & as I stand waitingtobe serviced Next, the same Rude young lady, says to Me... "I'm closed after her". I TRIED to tell her she just told me to come back, but she was sooo ready to take it there with me. Before I knew it she was on the intercom calling security and/or a manager. I saw Both. The manager Russ walked right up to me apologizing as if he Knew of her Nasty disposition. He asked me what happened whileshe from behind the counter tried to get loud and Disrespectful still. He asked her to stop and asked me to let him handle it. I didn't even want my drink by this time, but my niece wanted the croissant. Russ said my order was on him. Thanks, but just as I expected it was thee worst drink ever [PURPOSELY]! She should be fired from Starbucks... I am reporting her to them. Kroger can keep her along with the rest of the rude employees they tend to hire! Ridiculous!

I checked my food because I watched the barista leave this food in the oven until it was overcooked and hardened. I was waiting to see if it was going to be my order or someone elseās. As is common knowledge, the oven beeps when the food is done. Instead of asking the customer at the register to hold one sec while she took the food out, the barista decided to just open and close the door to the oven. When it beeped againā she repeated the action. Take the food out the oven already!!
When she finally attempted to take it out, I watched her struggle because the breakfast wrap had completely unraveled and was essentially cooked partially open face. This tells me she put it in upside down (with the wrap flap facing up)ā which is why it unraveled in the first place.
After complaining, they did offer me a substitute itemā which I appreciate. However, the more appropriate approach wouldāve been, āHey, we messed up your food, apologies for the inconvenience, do you want something else?ā Donāt act like and look at me like Iām crazy because I watched you mess up this food for 10 minutes and then didnāt want it when you tried to give it to me....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went here with my friend to get drinks before our conference. She recommended the iced brown sugar oat milk latte, so she ordered it for me and it was DELICIOUS. My friend also mentioned that the barista, Deanna, was rude as she was in her phone the entire time she was taking the order.
The next day (yesterday) we went back and I ordered the same exact drink but I didnāt get to taste it until we were in the car & on the way to the conference. It was disgusting, so I called the store to take my name down for a remake but no answer. I ended up trashing the drink at the conference.
I called today since I had some time and whoever answered the phone kept telling me that they wouldnāt remake it because a day had passed. I gave her my information and she pretended to write it down because I told her Iād be coming up there to make sure the manager received it and she repeated that they wouldnāt remake it. I quickly called corporate & they refunded me $15 for the drink plus took the baristaās name. I called back to get names and the person answering the phone said she didnāt know her name!
