Horrible service!!! Me and my guy went to the drive thru on Moreland Avenue near the Kroger one night and noticed that there weren't any other customers around, so we thought they were closed. When we got to the speaker, we were asked for our order. We told her to hold on but after like 30 seconds the greeter was pressuring us to order. Told her to hold on and she kept pressuring us, so we were like ok... She took our order and we drove up to the window where she gave us the total and we paid. Then she proceeded to tell us to pull up and they would bring our order out. Hmm... It was odd because NO ONE ELSE was around!!! Not one customer!! So I told my guy how I thought it was odd, but we stayed waiting in the parking lot anyway. About maybe 6 minutes later, a hefty woman in a gray coat comes out of the Burger King doors and a guy and what seemed like a manager lady was standing at the door watching her... So she hands my guy the food but in a way where she kind like pushed it to him... Or was snatching it but was giving it to him... She had a look on her face like she was angry or frustrated and then walked inside... Not a "here you go"... "Thank you" or nothing... Omg... I couldn't believe it... I got out of the car and put my opened Peace Tea on the curb in front and got back in the car as retaliation... The hefty worker came back outside, picked up the can... Crushed it and threw it in the parking lot and went back inside and watched us at the door. We had to literally check our food to see if it had been tampered with... These people are just disgustingly disappointing... If you work somewhere... If someone gives you a place to earn money... Be grateful. We as consumers buy this food that is not even good for us and PAY YOUR WAGES!!! Stop being LAZY and be GRATEFUL you have a job!! And Burger King... Hire people who...
Read moreIt’s sad that Customer Service is almost non existent with businesses and this is one of them. I ordered a double cheeseburger thru the app for my guy because he eat here I do not. I placed the order waited about 12 minutes before I arrived to give them time to prepare the order. I pulled up to the drive thru and informed the lady I had a mobile pick up. The lady then informed me to pull around to the window. I pulled to the window and the lady then informs me I have to come in and slammed the window. I parked my car and went in already mad because of the rudeness at the window. I have been employed in Management positions in different fields of work and I’ve always left my attitude at home and come to work pleasant. As I’m waiting at the front counter there’s a Customer waiting and has a very displeased look on his face. I stand at the counter for about two minutes and absolutely ZERO acknowledgment of my presence. I yell out “WHO IS THE MANAGER” a tall light brown woman stated “I am. I proceeded to ask her why should I have to come inside for one double cheeseburger and what’s the purpose of the drive-thru and ordering in the app if you select drive-thru. The woman just walked off while I was talking. It was only after I got loud and rude and started asking for corporate phone number that the lady with the red braids came over to deescalate the situation. I explained to her that the entire staff need to be retrained and that this is the second time that I’ve witnessed rude employees and one time I even videotaped when she had to step in with a rude employee to a Customer. The Manager then said “I’m sorry” YEAH RIGHT! I will never return to this store I will make sure I call corporate and the District Manager. I really hate that this happened over the weekend and today just happened to...

The lack of caring is only trumped by the lack of professionalism. I've never seen a real manager on duty here, but I have heard many childish conversations about who took whose iPhone charger while waiting for my food to (not) be made. If you're looking for the opposite of the average Chick-fil-A experience, you'll find it right here, alive and well.
Last night I placed an order through the BK app. I live 8 minutes away from this location and I left my house the moment I placed the order. Somehow, within those 8 minutes, the employees made and "gave away" my food to someone else. Not only was the 15-year-old kid in the window not helpful, but I also had to pay for an entirely new meal without getting a refund, nor the discount of the first meal. Who doesn't love paying $45 for a $20 meal?
When the kid handed me my second order for the evening, I had to remind him that meals come with fries. He went to grab some fries that were made over an hour before I got there because they were cold and soggy. Then I reminded him my meal came with a drink. The drink was probably the best part of the meal, honestly.
Still waiting for customer service to reach out to me about paying twice for an order because of incompetent employees but we'll see.
This location could seriously use a manager and a deep clean. I've visited Burger Kings in poorer countries that were cleaner and ran better than this place. This location gives off the vibe that the kids are just "working" there trying to squeeze the last few $8 an hour out of a dying location. This place probably won't last another year. It'll be closed and replaced with a McDonald's or Chick-fil-A in no time and...
