If I could give the place a negative star and shout out loud DONT MOVE HERE a million times I would! Encore management needs to be reported to the DOJ and included on the civil rental lawsuit that is taking place against Greystar , real page , and the others . This place is about 4-7000 a month and it is absolutely NOT luxury . They did not build with sound proof glass so you can hear the trains every time it comes through which is very often .The balconies are FALLING off !! YES you read that right a balcony fell off and they had to conduct inspection after , their is a front desk but itâs not concierge style .The trash vent on each floor is no longer allowed to be used since September of 24, so they set up trash valet days but whoever is supposed to pick up the trash doesnât always come on those days , and if your trash happens to be out still YOU get a fine ! Plus the halls are dirty especially on weekends no cleaning crew , the gym has 7 equipment 1 is broke 1 is coming loose , non of them are hooked up to a paid service so you canât actually set up the style of your workout .the grills and couches in the summer dirty seen roaches outside , or also the grills wonât work you gotta use a lighter to get it going and itâs a gas grill - the hot tub doesnât seem sanitary .. And last but certainly not least they are a scam when it comes to how they are processing and handling rental payments falsely claiming they have not received rent payments on time and attempting to file wrongful evictions .DO NOT MOVE HERE your money can be better invested elsewhere, plus there isnât much in the area since everything is...
Read moreMoved into this building in March. Overall, my experience so far is âokay.â
The pros: amazing concierge team (Jalen and Brittany), amazing leasing agent (Marquis), and the unit is nice overall.
The cons: external building is dirty, my windows have been disgusting since I moved in which defeats the purpose of having floor to ceiling windows. The building manager Max is unresponsive to emails, Iâve heard back once regarding an issue and havenât heard back since (yes Iâve followed up). The gym is small and has bare minimum equipment, for what you pay in rent youâd think the gym would be state of the art. Also, the pool area is small.
Overall Iâll give the building a 3/5.
Update 7/11/2025: overall Iâm giving this building a 2/5. Between the issues stated above, not being able to use my balcony since May due to safety issues, the loading dock door being opened for the last month posing a safety risk, dog barking on my floor and above my unit throughout the day, etc., with no help solving this issue, Iâm over it. I hate living here and the unfortunate part is you have to pay two months rent to break your lease, you cannot transfer units for any reason (youâll have to pay 2 months to vacate your current unit then apply for a new unit essentially completing the application process all over again and starting a new lease). Would not recommend and honestly feel bamboozled into...
Read moreAbsolutely Do Not Lease Here â Worst Decision Weâve Ever Made
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This building is a complete disaster, and management is an embarrassment. From the moment we moved in, itâs been nothing but disappointment, ignored concerns, and a total lack of accountability.
Our car was broken into on the propertyâno cameras, no help, no concern from management. Our balcony has been unusable since January, and guess what weâve received in return? Absolutely nothing. No rent credit. No timeline. No apology. Just silenceâunless you follow up three times to get a one-line response. Itâs clear management only follows the lease when it benefits them and couldnât care less about the residents.
This building is half-empty for a reason. Talk to any other resident and youâll hear the same storyâmismanagement, overpriced rent, and a complete lack of respect for tenants.
Save yourself the headache. There are plenty of better-run buildings in the city. Donât make the same...
