We are past customers of Cantoni (Atlanta). We had bought bedroom furniture from them in 2012. Recently we visited their beautiful new location, when we were shopping for living room furniture. Pam Satterly has been our designer from the start and we love working with her. She was very helpful in guiding us on the furniture and the placement of it based on our room measurements. She even assisted us in picking out the leather color and gave us valuable guidance on how it could be customized. There was no pressure to make a decision - she gave us the time and space we needed. We love Cantoni and all the lines and brands that they carry and recommend them highly.
Initially I had given Cantoni a 5* review and everything I said above was at the time what I felt. I am adding this part of the review and downgrading my review to 3 stars based on my experience with them at the time of the delivery of the furniture we bought from them. Cantoni sent me an email notifying us that our furniture was ready for pick up or delivery in early October - which we missed since our family had been in a car wreck and we were dealing with the aftermath of the trauma. In early November I called to ask why I hadn't heard from them - that's when I found out that I had missed their email. After we told them to have the coffee table delivered to us we found out that it was not a "White Glove delivery" - the package would be dropped off at our doorstep. Cost of changing to White Glove would be double the shipping expense. We decided to stay with the "Cubside" delivery - and they acknowledged this on November 23rd 2021. When we didn't get the table in two weeks we called to check and were told that it was shipped and were given the contact info for the company that was supposed to deliver it. We called the company - they said they had the table but don't deliver to residences. We emailed Cantoni to let them know this - and were told - and this is a direct quote from their email on December 9th "The only explainable reason for them saying this, is if client is requesting “inside” delivery, which is not included with standard service as confirmed below." Totally ridiculous to accuse us of "requesting inside delivery" without even talking to the shipping company. They did apologise later and here's the quote from that email "I sincerely apologize that my email came across as an implication toward you.That was definitely not my intention!"
After exchanging 30+ emails with Cantoni our Coffee Table arrived on December 23rd 2021
For a table that they had in their warehouse in the first week of October to our home almost 3 months later.

Read moreI strongly recommend to stay away from this company I have been shopping from this store for many years it must be the management chang, it used to be a good company not anymore just recently spend $15K, and the couch we customize the color and ordered it and waited for 4 months to arrive and it was sold to us as a fine leather small couch we paid $5,000 for it based on the trust I assumed they are telling me the truth but soon after we put that in our place the letter start peeling I contacted the company back and forth they send this man to my house to fix the issue which what he did was painted my peeled spots of the leather while he was doing that he dropped one big dark color on the other part of the couch which now I have a couch I paid $5,000 for it but looks like a $2 couch I picked up from a garbage alley or something they wanted to send the same man again I said absolutely not I requested for a store manager to call me which he never did and they basically told me take it or leave it we're not going to do anything these kind of businesses should not allowed to stay in business because of how they treat customers I can buy anything I want from anywhere I want the difference between businesses and how they treat you shows integrity of a business when you need them not when you are giving them money for that reason I say stay away from...
