Overall, it was a fun experience. Had a few glitches but they were quickly resolved. The games were fun and created for people of all ages. Graphics were good. Audio was good. The experience was very real. I felt like I was actually a contestant on the show. No eliminations. Everyone in your group has the same amount of time. At the end of each game, your score will appear on the scoreboard. When you complete all 5 games, whoever has the highest score will be announced as the winner. The price is a little high for 25 minutes of play. I think adding 2 more games would make the experience 10x better. I also was thrown off by the lady who walked us out of our room, told us to have a seat so we can watch a viewing of us playing the games on a large television. While we were supposed to be watching the video the lady was very distracting and wouldnt allow us to watch the video because she was in a hurry to get us out of there so she was using that time to show us how to download the videos on our phone which took a couple of minutes. By the time we downloaded the videos, the viewing of us playing the game on the big screen was over. I would have liked to have seen it on their screen. Quality is much better than what we download. It was very rushed. Don't ask us to have a seat to watch the video of us playing the game but then use that short 2 and a half minutes to distract us. Let us watch and then show us how to download. It's obvious she was rushing us out of there. Just skip the video viewing and show us how to download the video. Everyone else was great. Please allow people 2...

While the game itself was a ton of fun, I have to rate the service my family and I received. My parents were in town for Thanksgiving from FL and we decided to book SandBox for 3:35. We were signed in by 3:40, the 5min grace period per the explanation on the confirmation email. Nonetheless we got moved to a 6:15pm slot. My family and I returned at approximately 5:50pm, we were told to wait. The next time an attendant acknowledged us was 6:10PM, oddly enough it was to tell us that the 6PM reservation never showed and we would be taking theirs. Now I find this confusing because I was told earlier that 5mins was the cut off but this 6pm group was given a 10min grace period. It seems like a situation where the rules don’t apply to everyone the same. Eventually, we didn’t start our game until approximately 7:15PM. The attendant did not keep us posted as to why we were waiting so long. It wasn’t until my parents inquired that we found out the group before us went over time. Then once they had exited, we had to ask again why couldn’t we go in and we were told there was technical difficulties. Lastly, the game was fun but it WAS NOT the mission I selected to play. My confirmation was for UFL and the mission we were given was Phobia. It’s a shame that such a fun experience was overshadowed by awful...

I came 2 years ago and had a lot of fun. Finally made it back last night, and it was a totally different experience. It seems like they aren’t updating, fixing, replacing their gear, because it was garbage. A couple of the haptic vests wouldn’t zip and a couple of the headsets and guns were glitchy, particularly mine.

Starting halfway through, it gradually got worse until being unusable toward the end. The gun would glitch and was rarely in my hands or pointing in the direction I aimed. The screen was lagging every few seconds. It would go black in half the view. I would get a pop up saying it disconnected and to hold up my hand. Every time I did, no one would come, and eventually, it would reconnect, albeit even more glitchy. Eventually it was completely unplayable so I pulled the mask up and stayed with my hand up for several minutes. Someone finally came, changed out my gear, and reboot the system. I sat in a loading screen for several minutes, by which time the game had ended. It never reconnected and they took the headset off with the white void loading screen still on. After all that, not a word about my troubles. No apology or explanation. Just a general “did you guys have fun”. Wouldn’t have been worth it for 1/4 the price. I would not recommend this company unless it’s a brand...

Omere was bomb and very helpful. It is a public room so you will be playing with other ppl. Everyone was helpful. You have to touch someone shoulder to save them and we all was saving each other. You will sweat your butt off. I thought I lost 10 pounds 🤣. It was so fun. We play deadwood Valley. It was bomb. Definitely coming back. If you are very competitive, you get to see who had the most kills. I was in Second place Not bad for my first game. When you come in, go to the kiosk and sign in and let them know you are all checked in so they can bring you to the room. Enjoy. You will not be disappointed. Also, keep in mind, you have a 5min grace period. So if you are not there on time, your spot can be given to someone else. The spot is P180 level p from the parking lot. Games run you 50 to 60 per person. Definitely worth the experience. Work as a team and watch yall surroundings. In the game, you will be a pro. Another tip if you playing a shooting game.... aim for their head for instant kill.... thank me later 😌😏😊

My sister booked Sandbox as a family activity on our trip to Atlanta. She chose the Squid Game VR experience. It was a blast. Check in was a breeze especially if you didn't pause to read the entire waiver/disclaimer-it was quite long. Just make sure to use unique emails for each person checking in. The staff was great and they got us all geared up for the game. I haven't watched Squid Games but each trial was a blast. The games are random, and you get 6 unique trials. All were fun and interesting. The VR world is pretty cool. We each had our own avatar, and the suits allowed us to interact with each other and the world. It was quite uncanny when falling but you never felt unsafe or afraid. I can't say as much for the zombie experience. We could hear people yelling and screaming from that option. If you are ever looking for a fun and creative group activity for family, friends, coworkers or the like Id highly recommend checking out Sandbox.
