For sooo long I was looking for a yoga studio thatās fits my schedule, style, and personality. Which btw is very hard to find . This studio does all three perfectly !
There schedule is very flexible and open , they are also willing and ready to work with you if anything happens or changes with your schedule. Most places donāt do that, at least the ones Iāve been to previously .
The setting is very intimate and soothing which provides for great attention from your instructors who ALL btw are awesome! Most of my sessions have been done with Ryan and/or Shakira whom I appreciate so much ! They genuinely care and it shows . So much positive energy from these wonderful women and the class in general which I love because Iām a bit awkward and they always make me feel comfortable.
I love the fact that itās beginner friendly in addition to all other levels . I couldnāt join other yoga studios because they required a certain level of experience in order to join , or I felt left behind being a beginner. Here all is welcomed no matter where you are in your practice , and all levels are taught making us all comfortable!
Iāve notice the changes in my mood and body with consistently coming to class . Iām more flexible in certain areas , positions I couldnāt do when I first started Iāve gotten way better at , I also take the mindfulness and breathe work from class and apply to my everyday life and whew chileeeeee it has helped tremendously! All and all I love this safe space for us Iām excited to continue learning here And I will continue my practice here with these wonderful women and I canāt wait to see how far I can go . Yāall a whole vibe I love...

A peaceful oasis in midtown Atlanta, when you enter (and please remove your shoes immediately), you instantly escape whatever you left on the other side of the door. Go to immerse yourself in whatās within, and naturally carry the spirit of what you discovered on your way out. Iāve taken classes and workshops here, and actually lived in the building when I lived in Atlanta, so visiting always makes me feel like home away from home. A comfortable temperature, a welcoming environment, and accessible to challenging flows always remind me, a yoga teacher myself, of the beauty of being a student. I encourage you to truly take it all in while youāre there, alsoā¦from the beautiful plants filling the air with oxygen, to the cultural reference materials (some directly from the ownerās travels and training in India), to the complimentary tea, to the exceptionally curated playlists and incense. Treat yourself to The Yoga Studio Atlanta experienceā¦and then merge out into that traffic with your senses at...
