This company has been phenomenal to work with. We had a major renovation project that started with a sewer line replacement. Cody took the time to come out to the house and talk with me, not TO me, about what was involved and how soon they could begin. They were one of the cheapest bids. Cody did not upsell me on any extra project.

Another major project for the renovation was installing 6 dual-climate control units in the house. Again, Cody and his team talked through the project with us, explained the challenges, and the options that were available. They showed up a few weeks later and had the install completely done in a timely manner.

Highly recommend this company. They are honest, timely, and flexible. One of my top favorite companies to hire for job...

Called on a Monday because our heat was turned off due to a gas line being hit. Was told they would be there by Tuesday 2-3 pm. Left Tues for work and returning on a Friday. Called on Fri to confirm repair was done. Was told the work was not done, and they could do following week. Asked why I did not get a call saying they could not make the appointment. Given no reason other than they are busy and they can come next week. Extremely rude and deflective. No apology. Responsible for hosting thanksgiving with no heat, and no ability to cook the turkey. Was told to call someone else if I want it fixed today. Now I'm in a position where I have to call and request an emergency repair at 4pm...

Amazing service! 7:30am I discovered the water heater was not working. 8:12am I called Auburn Heating and Air, talked to Denny. 8:45am Mike arrived, 945am, new gas valve and we are good to go!

This isn't the first time Auburn Heating and Air helped us out with great service. This last winter we had an old furnace go out on a Saturday afternoon. Cody showed up in a hurry and he fixed it by that evening to get us through until they could install a new furnace. When they did install the new furnace, Cody and Jeff were on time and did a great job.
