Subway — Restaurant in Auburn

The manager was so rude and embarrassed me in front of other customers. The day before I got daily special but had it in salad form instead of 6" sub, it was $7 n change. Went back next day and got HotShot 6" but also asked for salad form, I'm diabetic so bread raises my sugar. I did ask for avocado, which was $1.00 n a cookie .79 n Hotspot was $5.39 for 6". She says my total is $10.46 .I questioned why it was so much as I would think $8.00 or less. She got rude and loud saying more ingredients for salad. I said ok maybe more lettuce but bread costs more. She said either pay for it or don't and you can call corporate and address them. I emailed them, no response yet, but I won't be going to Auburn location again!! She needs serious customer...

Very disappointed in this Subway! I used to go there fairly often to get lunch, but I’ve been shocked by this store’s policies the past two times that I’ve been there. Not only have I seen several employees on multiple instances not wearing masks (or wearing them properly) while preparing or being around the food preparation area, but I’ve also witnessed two customers, who were not wearing masks at all, being allowed entry and service with no issue (despite the sign on the door stating otherwise). I must say that I was shocked and utterly appalled by this treatment of store policies and I don’t plan on returning until it is dealt...

It's Subway so the sandwiches are ok. For some reason here in Auburn they either can't or won't find people that will or even pretend like they want to do a good job or work quickly or even be friendly. Every time we've been to the Auburn Subway they haven't gotten our sandwiches correct or done in a timely manner. AND WE'RE LITERALLY STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. This last time was the last straw. They've been given multiple chances and every time we leave frustrated, with sandwiches made incorectly, and having spent $50 to wait around while uninterested employees take their time and let lines back up....
