Ive come twice this week just trying to get a kroger card and have had workers either flat out ignore me or have had to wait on them being extremely slow with simple tasks. I gave up waiting both times since even being second in line is over a 10 minute wait.
Both times ive come in there has been a really strong smell of something rotting just around the doors to come in.
The cashiers dont seem to know how to count change very well, the first time i came in it took the cashier about 2 minutes to give me 3.19 in change. The second time i came it was also really slow even with a different cashier.
I finally got a kroger card, but my dad had to yell at one of the workers for them to actually do their job, im not sure if i was ignored because i was female or if i just needed to scream at them to get their attention.
Most of the workers are either just standing there on their phones or theyre just gossiping with other workers instead of helping customers. I dont know if it was because they were on break (unlikely because it was a bunch of workers doing it during both trips i made here at completely different times) or if they dont feel like...
Read moreI know we visited krogers late and they close at 12 but we were there at 10:30 and decided that since we were not coming back to Auburn until Friday that we would pick up things tonight Long story short picked up what we needed plus we got to the cash register only to find out only self scanners were open. Rather than not purchasing what we had my husband who is legally blind tried to help me scan the items quicker by bagging and stacking our purchases but we did not realize if you remove the bags to early it causes the scanner to error. In any case we finished but cannot understand why a single check out lane could not be open this late and why we did not have a carry out boy available. No regular check lane, no assistance with carry out and an attendant running back and forth seemimg to be upset that I or we were having trouble and she had to keep coming back to help us I am sorry but both my husband and I are handycapped. I like the Kroger store and shop their frequently I am only trying to bring this to the stores attention to maybe help others who maybe have a simular problem in the future. We...
Read moreWorst customer service I have ever had at pharmacy. My family has gone to Kroger for over 20 years. I dropped a off perscription for my 92 year old mother and was told by Jacob "pharm tech" I could pick it up tomorrow. I asked about later today and he said tomorrow. Figured it must be out of stock. When I got home I received a call from Kroger the perscription was ready to be picked up. Drove back to Kroger in snow and freezing rain to pick it up. As Jacob was ringing it up I said I thought I lcould not get the perscription till tomorrow. He said I couldn't get it until tomorrow. I said bull** I got a call from Kroger that it was ready. He said I WILL GIVE YOU THE PERSCRIPTION BACK AND YOU CAN GET IT FILLED SOMEWHERE ELSE! Then he glarded at me for several seconds until l asked to talk to a pharmist. The pharmacist explained calmly it was a narcotic perscription that could not be filled until tomorrow. The pharmacist gets 5 stars. If Jacob has told me that to start with there would not have been the misunderstanding. Not the first time I have heard of Jacob's rude behavior. More training...
