Best Heated Hot Tub & Pool in Town – Perfect Weekend Getaway! I recently stayed at Baymont Inn Auburn and was absolutely blown away by the newly remodeled heated hot tub and swimming pool. The upgrades have truly made this the best spot in town for a relaxing getaway! The hot tub was the perfect temperature, and the pool was pristine, making for an incredibly refreshing experience. Whether you’re looking to unwind after a long day or enjoy a leisurely swim, this is the place to be. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, providing ultimate comfort. The staff and management were beyond welcoming, ensuring that every part of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction really stood out. If you’re looking for a weekend escape with top-notch amenities and outstanding service, Baymont Inn Auburn is the place to go. Highly recommend!

No one was at the desk when I arrived, waited 10min and the manager came from outside. I reserved a room and stated I needed 1st floor due to a foot injury and couldn't walk very long. Well he put me on the 3rd floor all most to the end of the hallway. I asked to be moved and he said nothing was available. I got there at 4:00 and the parking lot wasn't even a fourth of the way full and it was like that till the time I left. Then about 12 boys and 3 Adults came in and took over the whole pool area, don't even think they where staying at the motel as they came in and went out a back side door of the pool area, after that I never seen them the rest of the time. Breakfast was gross. Lobby furniture was falling apart. On the good side the rooms where clean and bug free.

This is my first ever hotel review and I am only doing this so hopefully others don’t make the same mistake we made by staying here with our children. We picked this hotel because of the pool/hot tub. First of all our room was occupied when got to it!!! HOW!? Then when we got our next room and the window was wide open! It was 35° in the room! Hot tub permanently closed. Pool heater was “broken.” So the pool water was cold and pool room was FREEZING because the furnace knob was “broken.” We are far from high class but the place was dirty and broken. It’s your typical Indian owned hotel.

We were here for the 2018 American Motors Corporation National Convention & would've asked for our money back right way, but all the other hotels in town were booked for this event. Here's some of what we experienced.......We first arrived at the hotel to check in & found that the lady at the front desk was very unfriendly. Once we were given our room keys, we went to our room & right after setting our bags down we went to turn down the air conditioner only to find that it didn't work. We went to the front desk again to let them know & request another room. Luckily at the time someone else had cancelled, so there was one other room we were able to move to. We got to this new room only to find that the air conditioner worked, but only on low. It took hours for the room to actually cool down enough to be comfortable. Once were able to settle in a little we found a bunch of other issues. The whole room was very dirty, not sure when it ever actually has been cleaned properly!! Over half of the outlets in the room didn't work, the bathroom stunk, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped ever, the bathtub was nasty & still had somebody's pubic hair was all over the inside of it, the bathroom sink was nearly clogged & would hardly drain at all! The one wall was covered in what looked like smears of poop. The toilet paper holder was broken & rigged to hold the roll. The beds are ridiculously uncomfortable & not clean, we found some kind of black beetles crawling all over the sheets. The lamp in between the beds didn't work, nor did those outlets. I went to use the hair dryer the next morning only to find that when I pulled it off the wall it has some kind of sticky white residue all over it......NASTY!! The side doors on the hotel don't ever lock, even overnight!! We found this a huge security issue! When we left for dinner that night we came back to get in our room & found that our room keys didn't work, still don't know why they all of a sudden didn't work!?!?!? They issued us 3 new keys & that solved that problem. That night the t.v. remote fell between the wall & mattress & when we moved the mattress to grab the remote we were disgusted to find the next situation.......There were old cough drops, jelly beans, food wrappers, & what appeared to be highly moldy red grapes that fell back there who knows how long ago. If I was able to go to another hotel we sure would have & if I could rate this place with negative stars I sure would! This place is not recently remodeled at all, it's nasty!! They should be ashamed of the amount of money they are charging per night. For $120/night we've stayed in a lot better hotels! Very disappointing to...

The only reason I left any star is due to the fact you literally can’t leave zero. My sweet fiancé took me on a small get away for the weekend to Fort Wayne, we stayed in this hotel, in room 118. It was terrible and ruined by birthday evening. The only pleasant part of the stay was the kind young girl who checked us in. First off, the bed had stains on it, some brown and some red. To which those were, we’re still unsure. There was a man hanging out in the lobby, to which a staff me member made a comment about feeling uncomfortable that the person would not leave. The free breakfast isn’t a breakfast either, you’ll be lucky to get a single English muffin. The pool room looked hopeful, but wasn't stocked at all. To get towels You have to press a button on an home phone to call someone up to the front desk. No one was ever just watching the front desk. This part was frustrating due to the amount of times we had to ask to have our room keys fixed. We There were so many unruly children in the hot tub and pool un supervised. The hot tub was DISGUSTING. The water was cloudy, smelly, and filled with “floating” debris that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Worst part about the hot tub is there was one adult figure with three kids who were acting crazy, screaming their heads off. The hallways, and I mean all of them, lobby included, were soaked. My fiancé and then tried to make the best of our last evening with a bath, but the water is luke warm at best. We laid down around 10:00 p.m. and attempted at sleep just to get through the night and go home in the morning, but sleep here is impossible. There were about 10 kids making so much noise running through the hallways. The room above us sounded like they were hammering the floor it was almost frightening. Then kids began to knock on our door and run away. Whoever was staying on the room next to us were blaring music so fat just added to it. My fiancé had approached the man at the desk two if not three times to try and get some sort of resolution. Clearly nothing was done, or, multiple parents were just allowing their kids to act like fools, and midnight we packed our...

Let's start off with saying gentlemen at the front desk is confrontational and bossy behind the desk but as soon as he leaves that area, nothing. Waited to get in the pool for... in one minute it'll be 4 hours! The gentlemen said at 9pm (its 9:15 now) he would go tell them to get out because its not their property. Still waiting. The same people, kids, family idk, same group of people hogged the entire pool room and wouldn't let anyone use the pool or hottub. We watched 4-5 families come and go WITHOUT getting in the tub simply because of the noise and well lack of room. The people who were hogging it had like 100 kids or something, those kids threw things, ran, splashed, splashed people standing and waiting their turn. Witnessed one young lady get splashed in the face by one of these kids (minding her business trying to get used to (the ice cold water) and got splashed) those parents did nothing. Just drank their beer (rules Stat no food or dink in pool area). Talked to the gentlemen at the front desk, he literally walked in, looked around, came back out and said "I don't want to get a bad review" and walked back behind the desk. Uhh...here is a bad review 🤷. So onto more topics I guess, stairs weren't swept, elevator looked like someone stepped in sht and drug their foot all over it. Pillow was stained, carpet wasn't swept, ya no, the norm but the pool and front desk guy was a joke. 4 and a half fuing hours. This place is a joke. Left the hotel, left this bad review, going to call corporate or whoever idk, idc. Moral of this, wanted a night to ourselves and enjoy us but can't do that. Fuk me right? Save yourself the trouble, listen to the reviews and go...
