(("So this is NOT COOL")) I went to AutoZone first that's my store they didn't have my upper hose in stock they didn't offer or say anything about they can have it delivered by tomorrow morning they just told me where I can go get it which is too far for me to go so I said fine I'll just go to O'Reilly's get in there they didn't have it in stock either but they offered to get it delivered by tomorrow morning no problem I purchased my antifreeze and they ordered it for me then I decided I'm going to call AutoZone back and see the price difference Granite AutoZone's was $28 and the other one was $33 the money wasn't the issue I asked AutoZone then can you have it delivered tomorrow morning they said not unless I give him money up front what ""! I've been a long time customer I'm in their computer with my phone number and name and they want me to come down and give him money to order this part I am almost every other day customer there and he still said no they can't do it you got to have the money up front and I couldn't get back down there to give them the money and he wasn't going to budge even if I'm a regular so I thought that was ridiculous!!! now I'm taking my business all to O'Reilly's which ordered my part without the money up front you can't receive something if you don't pay for it so what was the big deal??    Read moreI don't know that I was ever so disappointed in an Auto parts store, as far as customer service goes. My check engine light came on so I went to this Auto Zone for a free diagnostic test, which they so proudly offer. There was two associates on the floor. The male greets me, but lets me know I can use there diagnostic tool myself bc Covid does not allow them to enter anyone's car, understandable, but I don't even have a first clue what to do, he gave me a few pointers and out to my car I went to hopefully get a diagnosis on my car. I finally getter'done. I go back into the store, the two associates are helping the only other one customer in the store, and this time the female asked how she could help me. I showed her the tool her co-worker gave me and asked for a readout of my cars issue. Her words exactly were, "if you Google it, you will get it faster" first of all, I was in no hurry, I had just got off an 8hr shift from standing on my feet all day flagging, 2nd of all I was her only customer she was dealing with, two associates and 2 customers. I know it only takes but a minute or two to get a reading. I was utterly shocked that she said that to me. I looked at her with shear disappointment in my eyes and said, "boy this Covid thing has sure made you all lazy", she said, "ok, I'll do it for you" needless to say I walked out and have no intentions...
   Read moreI went inTo autozone Auburn on a st se I bought a couple weeks ago a premier Bluetooth device it was not working so I went in to do an exchange and Stephanie the manager there would not help me out whatsoever. I said to her that I need this exchanged because this device is not working and she said she cannot help me With a exchange for the exact same device .then told me that I needed to leave the store and she was going to call the cops .she Picked up the phone and called the police on me I don’t understand what kind of customer service this is i said that’s not right for you to do that And treat customers like this.I told her that I will make sure that everyone should go to O’Reilly’s for now on.That was the worst horrible customer service I have ever had .
