I went to this store spent 75.00 to buy a start up kit. The guy who sold it to me was nice very knowledgeable and could probably teach the owners a few things. So after having some issues pertaining to the coils I thought I would go back and get some advice or some kind of direction as to what steps to take. Instead the owner just laughed at me and told me to just try some other coils Well to be honest with you I don't know if the owner just did not understand my concerns, or if he just did not care. Either way I would never just laugh at a paying customer. And it was not just once it was you laughing at me the entire time I was in your store. You clearly made me feel stupid and I was embarrassed for even coming into you store. Well all I can say is look who's getting the last laugh now. Joe and I are ALWAY going here anymore ever since my brother-in-law turned us onto it, saying that they had pipes 'two for five' - what a deal! We were all over it, and now it's Joe's NEW FAVORITE STORE! He's ALWAYS going here for torches, butane, and pipes, while I'm busy shopping for "vapes" that I can use on "Shatterdays"! The guy that runs the place is SUPER-nice! He's ALWAYS more than patient with me when I take back something that Joe's found a flaw in, like the time he found an extra hole in his pipe, or discoved that the torch was leaking fluids (it started a small fire in my bedroom), or the time we couldn't figure out how to work my new vape! He's always quick to exchange the item, or show us how to work it one MORE time! He's pretty awesome! But I miss seeing him there these days, since he's been hiring more people to work there! Daniel the owner is super friendly . I used to buy across the street and the owner there was always unfriendly almost pissed. if you would look around at all the items for sale 'ie' that cheep quick_ie mart crap and pipes you were wasting his time keeping him from sitting in the back of the store. This new shop is clean and has everything it should camels under 750 glass selection is top and cost less than it looks like I thought it would be. I normally don't review but glad I found new place and dont have to go back to the other guy. Support...
