I’m so thankful I have some legitimate bubble tea / boba near me now! I came here with my wife and son and it’s so cute and the service is friendly. Their recommended bubble tea recipes are great, and you can modify the ice and sugar level of every drink. Even if you’re trying to lose weight and are counting calories you can still enjoy a sweet treat. I ordered the Freshly Squeezed Lemon Jasmine Green Tea with normal ice and 30% sugar. It was nice and tart and super refreshing and scratched that tea itch. My wife got the Classic Milk Tea and chose pudding as her topping and it was fantastic.

I saw some of the other bubble tea recipes available and want to go back to try a few that caught my eye. Our drinks were great, and the ingredients are of high quality. They had a lineup of drinks somebody was photographing, and the owner told me that they’re getting on UberEats very soon – so if you’re in the area you can have it delivered as well.

We shared a bubble waffle, and it HITS with the dipping sauce. My baby boy enjoyed the waffle too lol. The dipping sauce is super generous, and you can totally split it between two bubble waffles. As a guy who is not the biggest fan of boba or bubble tea in general I’ve changed my mind. Maybe I’m dumb but it just hit me why this place is called Happy Lemon, they offer freshly squeezed lemon tea drinks and now I’m a fan. Five stars, would recommend, hit this place up. I recently visited the new Happy Lemon in Auburn, and it was an absolute delight! Located conveniently in a strip mall, this spot offers easy access and plenty of parking, making it a breeze to drop by. The first thing that struck me was how clean and inviting the interior is. The space is not only spotless but also super cute, with a friendly staff. I tried the Mango Lemonade and it came with fresh mango chunks, and it was incredibly refreshing and tasty—just the perfect drink for a hot day. I also got the Original and Oreo Bubble Waffle, which was a treat in itself. The waffle was perfectly crunchy on the outside while maintaining that chewy, mochi-like texture inside—delicious! Being a fan of Happy Lemon, I made an impromptu stop at this location after seeing the grand opening sign outside. Inside was very clean and staff was friendly.

I first ordered the grapefruit jasmine green tea which was amazing. Not all Happy Lemons do this, but at this location they add the grapefruit pulp in the drink which, to me, makes the drink stand out from the rest.

I also got the bubble waffle with puff cream. Can never go wrong with these. Waffle came out fresh and warm and paired excellently with the puff cream.

On my way out I ordered a milk tea with pudding. It wasn't overly sweet and tasted just like a good milk tea should!
