I usually don't write review, but this place was so bad, I had to go out of my way to write a review. I called to order two sandwiches for take out. The lady told me it would take about 10 minutes. When we got there over 10 minutes later, they haven't even started on our order yet and it took FOREVER for them to make the food. It was really late and I had a long drive home with my kids (3 and 10 years old); My son had cross country practice and it ended late. I decided to just open the sandwiches up at the table and showed my daughter how to eat it so she can eat in the car while I drive. The bread was chewy! They didn't even toast it, it felt like it got put in the microwave to get warmed up; it was so bad, my 10 year ol d son could barely bite it. As I was trying to show my daughter how to hold and bite the sandwich, the lady asked one of workers if I had order to go and was getting frustrated because we sat down at a table. There were NO ONE in the restaurant besides me and my kids at this time. She was saying why we open our food to eat there when we ordered to go, all of this in Vietnamese...I understood her because I am also vietnamese. Anyway, I would not come back here again. If the food was good, then maybe I will put up with the bad service and attitude if I really needed food; or if the service was good, I would accept food not so great...but both were horrible AND the price was not all that...

DISGUSTED! UNBELIEVABLE! WOW! I used to be a regular customer here... grabbing a bowl of pho 1+ a week until tonight! The food was never great by any means... but it was close to home and I wanted to support the local restaurants. I ordered a small vegetable pho that was so salty it was inedible. I'm not one to send food back... but when the waiter asked if it was good... I couldn't help but be honest and say that I couldn't eat it because of how salty it is. He said the "chef" said that it's my mouth that tastes funny and not the broth! Seriously?! I ignored this and ordered something else.. Mongolian beef... which came on a plate SOAKED in grease! But as to not be rude or offensive... i stomached through some of it. When it came time to pay, he charged me for the full bowl of PHO THAT WAS UNEATEN! Plus the waiter had taken the bowl back of the house. I asked why to which he said "it's your mouth that tastes funny". I warned him that they would be losing my business and that I thought they were a respectable local business... but he came back and said the chef still says it's your mouth that tastes funny and HE DOESN'T CARE IF HE LOSES CUSTOMERS... YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY! TERRIBLE! AWFUL! DISGRACEFUL BUSINESS! I hope you take my word and stay FAR AWAY from supporting this poorly...

I never leave reviews but this place does not deserve business and people need to know what to expect if they plan on eating at this restaurant. The worse customer service and food ever. Ordered 2 bubble tea’s, order of spring rolls and 2 chicken pho’s. 45 minutes later, food came out late, bland broth and springs rolls came with 2 tiny chunks of chicken and some brown iceberg lettuce. That’s it. Bubble tea came out towards the end because the guy kept taking more order’s instead of bringing our drinks out. They also came out at two separate times. Like, 10 minutes apart. Of course no water service and when I asked for some ice water he brings 1 cup of ice for the 3 of us. No more water, just ice. When I asked for some basil and onion he mumbles “it’s all mixed in already “ ummm no sir. It never came with it. Also I payed and tipped when I gave my order. I was soo close to telling him I wanted my tip back before I left. The place was soo much a better when the last guy worked at...

Poor food quality and service. When we ordered the sweet and sour stir fry for my Mom who cannot have anything spicy, it came out with chili in the sweet and sour sauce. We asked if we could change it for something different but they told us no. We would have to pay. The chicken katsu was dry and like eating breaded hockey pucks. The pho was ok, nothing spectacular other than it's at least cheap. Grocery store deli food is better quality. Don't bother coming here unless there's nothing else open, and even then Walmart is just down the road for better quality service and food. If this had a negative star, I would give it -2. I should have been more diligent reading the reviews.

Flu season is here, let alone the notorious COVID, yet some restautants like this one still want diners to use common plastic chopsticks and spoons piled up on the table. These utensils could have been cross contaminated when kids play with them as they are waiting for their food, possibly by adults as well when they sort through the pile. Very greasy place and unsanitary. I asked the guy for a pair of bamboo chopsticks (wrapped) and obviously he was unhappy and started complaining loudly in Vietnamese. Can't you even wait to whine after customer leaves. Their pho was plain, no basil since they substitute it with only a tiny piece of cilantro.

If there was a no star,I’d definitely rate this place as a No star.Got there gentlemen at register was rude and told us to order at register.Got our pho and clearly a bug floating in the broth🤮🤮Told the gentleman about it and he said it was black pepper 🤔He took it off the spoon and smashed it more and said “See black pepper “🤦🏽‍♂️ He then said if we would like a new bowl of pho.We politely declined and asked for our refund.Public Food safety services definitely needs to inspect that place.Never going back there.
