I have nothing but great things to say about this store!

Last year, our dishwasher was on its last leg and needed to be replaced. After getting a haircut nearby, I happened to walk through Discount Collection Depot on my way back to the car. I noticed they had several name-brand dishwashers—and there it was: the Bosch 800 Series model I’d been eyeing for months.

The price was significantly lower than retail, and the only issue was a small dent on the handle. That was something I could easily live with. I went ahead and purchased it, and even with the dent, I was able to register it and it still carried the full manufacturer warranty. You can’t even hear it when it’s running—super quiet and efficient.

Fast forward to this summer, and one of my home projects was installing a sunshade blind for my back patio. After comparing options at Costco, I decided to stop by DCD again. Sure enough, they had exactly what I was looking for. I asked the owner about it, and he pulled out a brand-new unit—still in the box and the same size as the one I saw at Costco.

I park near the store & cut through to the other stores in theSuperMall. They are super nice folks that greet me everyday. I walk 3 times around the mall practically every day. I’ve purchased an artificial Christmas tree, numerous plush throws and a pair of Dearform brand slippers that are cozy and machine washable. I pay for my items and after I walk around inside the mall-take out to my nearby car. Pleasant experience with good prices & merchandise. Jan 2024: purchased 6 small outdoor rugs & grey Dearform slippers. I also purchased an outdoor rug for the Deck under my cat shelters & for few feral cats to eat on. Jan 26, 2024: Aryan & others very helpful with memory foam brown rug & 14 outdoor rugs for front & back. Love visiting DCD and looking at variety of merchandise. Excellent value. March 30, 2024: Purchased 2 anti-fatigue comfort gel mats. What a hot mess of a store and terrible experience. Went to purchase a sink set with faucet as advertised on FB Marketplace and everything was wrong with my experience. None of the boxes had all the pieces and when I finally pulled together a “set” it was a damaged sink and missing parts but had been marked down to compensate for damage and I decided to purchase on the chance I could fix it at home. My credit card is in the machine and I am paying when the manager comes up and interrupts the sale and says he won’t sell for the price in the box but wants to charge me higher than the advertised price on Facebook for a damaged item. Rude and dismissive of his clearly damaged item (why it was marked down). Zero customer service and the store is a mix of new, broken and used items. I am glad I read others reviews to make sure I opened the box and checked for damage and items that should be included. I will never be doing business there....
