I’m here to share some good news that will bless you! My boys and I lived in the Homes of Naomi Ruth and Boaz for 8 years. I recently graduated and was able to move out on my own. Thanks to God and Mrs.Yvette the director of the homes was this able to happen. I stayed that long because my life was in shambles. I needed help. I had issues. I was once an addict of 15 years. Mrs..Yvette loves all people and is very dedicated to running the homes. She invests her time, love and whole lot of patience because she believes in us. I was taught to live a real life, a life of sobriety, structure, holiness, accountability, honesty, learned to budget my money and to live for the Lord. You don’t have to be a Christian to move in the homes. Ms Yvette just asks that you respect the homes follow the structure, rules and guide lines of the homes. Everybody’s time varies. Not everybody stays as long as I did. I’m thankful that I stayed that long. I needed the structure. It is unheard of now a days that anybody would take the time to care for someone like Mrs. Yvette did for me.I didn’t always agree with the structure it made angry and rebellious. I would blame Mrs. Yvette and others for my life issues. I didn’t want structure in my life. I thought I knew what was best for me. I thought I knew more.. I’ve had my fair share of living with people who would fight the structure but I was absorbing it all. I was finally ready to change my life after living in the homes for 3 years. The homes are for people who are ready to change their lives. If your not ready to change you will struggle, fight and it will be to overwhelming for you. If you stay as long as I did you will reap the rewards like my family and I did. I was able to bring my boys home from CPS. I have reunited with my older children. I have obtained and kept a full time job now for 7 years. I’ve made it to be a manager. Most importantly I’ve been clean and sober now for 9 yrs, 8 yrs of my sobriety came from living in the homes. All these blessings come from being still, waiting on God and living in the Homes of Naomi Ruth and Boaz. Mrs.Yvette never gave up on me and my family. I never thought I could change my life around but God performs miracles! I still give back to the homes and Continue to work with Mrs.Yvette. I want to give back what was given to my family and I. I still need that structure reminder and prayers. I will forever be grateful. All the honor , praise and glory goes to God. This all couldn’t of happen if you hadn’t poured into the life of my family and I.Thank you Mrs. Yvette! WE LOVE...

I am a graduate ( over 5 yrs) of the Homes of Naomi, Ruth and Boaz and to this present day I still give back when I can because so much was given to me. I came into the homes broken and broken hearted. Removing the victim mentality, I came in as a victim of circumstances. Life happened and some of the blows were very devastating which tossed me every which way but loose. After being in a faith based,spiritual and structural environment, I'm very grateful for the clean, welcoming homes of NRB. While living in the homes, it was amazing to see God working in the lives of people whom took the structure of the homes seriously. Seeing mothers working hard and receiving their children "BACK" from CPS, Broken hearts being mended, people welcoming God into their lives, people in addiction being delivered, people that never knew how to handle their finances now learning how to save their money and learning how to be self-sufficient after graduating and learning how to live a clean and sober life. I thank God for NRB and especially the Directors, Mrs. Yvette and Mrs. Ursula. These Godly women are God's Angels..yes, His Angles on earth. Anytime you can bring people from different backgrounds and ethnicity into your homes not knowing them from Adam or Eve and putting up with all their baggage and extra baggages, attitudes, stubbornness, hardheadness, ungodliness and much more... however, in the midst of all their (our) mess these women of God were still looking to God and wanting the best outcomes for the people (us) while still operating in Wisdom, Love, Grace, and Forgiveness while using their own monies to supplement the shortcomings of those who had no money because bills still had to be paid, ie: Rent, Lights, Phone, Cable and house upkeep and much more without complaining and being a non-profit organization..Yes, Angles...

My name is Dartanyon Pratcher , single father of four children during my divorce, lifestyle changed very fast and I had no idea how I was going to make it with losing job an my apartment, I search for days and found homes of Naomi Ruth Boaz , little did I know what to expect. When I came in it was very clean neat and organized. My expectations was overwhelming and glad I was at the homes. But as I begin stay there she keeps letting me know that this was a program of transition to get your life back on track. Well being man I thought I was on track but the program revealed that I wasn’t and the program revealed area in my life that was not. Yvette would speak truth to me about area, I did not want here that , the truth which challenge myself and also it challenges my ego which I was not ready for her to deal with so , I wrestled with the program and rebelled left and came back and left again. Very disagreements and myself a lot of misunderstandings. But when program reveals the areas of my life that need improvement, I denied it ,. After myself realizing I need to change, I realized truth hurts and I was on my to healing and realizing as man I need to grow . The healing in home begin and layers of the home help to grow. Out of the home, and on with my life , the program have allowed me to understand the program balance my life and I became a house manager in two home allowing me to use the program tools from homes of Naomi Ruth Boaz . Also have two successful businesses and will on my opening up my homes using the program of Naomi, Ruth Boaz. I would highly recommend this program if you looking for change this is a home for its tough but the program...
