I work later in the evening. As I was dropping off an employee after work I passed by this location . My wife and I have been wanting something new for the bedroom but had not had the time to come by due to busy schedules . I show up to the door at 9:45pm and the door is locked . The sign on the door says this location closes at 10:00 pm. I pull on the door, and then push thinking I may have tried opening it in the wrong direction. The employee looks up at me and meets my gaze , and turns her head away from me as if she did not notice me. I pulled once more to get any kind of reaction from the employee and am ignored . I am the GM of a local restaurant in Auburn, we do not lock our doors until the posted close times. Once our door is locked and there are customers that come to our doors we meet them and explain we are closed in kind communication. I was ignored after the fact of employees closing early. The times that we are in I believe every purchase and service counts . Tonight Kelly’s Love Stuff in Auburn lost $150 because of an early close , and did not even have the decency to recognize my existence as a customer. I was of no thought !
