Please for the love of God, please do not eat at Little Caesar's on 1621 SOUTH COLLEGE STREET AUBURN,AL 36832. We only go there because the kids love the cheese sticks there. I bought my family some food from there and when I was eating with my two kids, my oldest took a bite out of her cheese stick and found a staple inside her food. It cut her lip just a little bit but ended up spitting it out. I ended up calling customer service to let them know. I was assured I will get a call from the manager and get my refund. So later I get a call from the manager Tony Moyer. He tried to act sympathetic about the situation but won't take accountability that the staple was done by his employees. It felt like he was accusing me of putting the staple in my own daughters food. I told him that he was wrong and need to take accountability of his workers leaving nasty objects in my food and he then began to question my morals and asked me what I did for a living to switch it around. Tony Moyer has no right asking personal questions regarding my life and questioning me like I put the staple in my own food. I hope this message gets across Little Caesars corporation and handle this cause this was so unprofessional and very wrong. It's always crazy busy but Dan has his team rolling like a well oiled machine. Other store managers should take notes from him. Despite how crazy busy they are the store is clean, employees ate focused and on point, he is on the line slinging pizzas with his team and I can tell they really respect him. I never have any issues with my food until recently I received the wrong pizza. Dan took care of me and treated me like a VIP, as he does everyone.
