Purchased ornaments for whole family for Christmas eve gifts from this store. On Christmas eve our child opened the ornament and we realized that the ornament was damaged. We went to the store on the 26th to see if we could exchange it for the same ornament. When we got to the store we found out the they no longer had that ornament and because they had started the 50% off they where pretty much sold out on ornaments. At first they said we could get a refund since they could not give us the same ornament and we had our receipt. Then the older clerk said she could not refund the ornament because the owner said since we where bringing it back after Christmas they no longer did refunded ornaments. She said we would have store credit but that we would also not be eligible for any of the sales. Our daughter was upset because they had nothing left that she liked. We ended up leaving with the damaged ornament. No where on the receipt does it say you have to return a ornament before Christmas or that all sales are final. Horrible customer service. We will not be returning to this store, we will be either going to another Hallmark store or not buying...

No one ever greeted us while there yesterday. When I made my purchases the elderly lady checking me out had her nose turned up like I wasnt worth her precious time. As soon as the elderly cashier finished my purchase she turn to the other cashier and acted as if I was never there. Never said thank you or have a nice day. I sure hope that wasn'tt Lynn if so she needs to work on her...
