Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Auburn

Ive been with metro for 5 yrs and ive always gone to this store but for the last yr the ppl who work there suck. Its more like a place for the 2 of them to socialize with each other rather then the customers. Recent visit Amelia lacks customer service. My bf went and bought 2 phones brought them home and within minutes i dont like my phone (stylo 3 plus) i call and well they say no returns because its considered an upgrade. Really metro less then 15 minutes and you can't return it. She asked what was wrong with it and i said it sucks. Her response was well he looked at the demo. You know the 1 that is glued to the table. Lol what a joke. You xant purchase a phone in there store unless you acti are it in there so when it comes to surprising anyone with a gift thats out of the question so again they lose money there. Because ive been a customer for 5 years i dont qualify for the 4 for $100 unlimited plan. I could go on.....i will research my options out there but from this household we do not think highly of this store or their people. I gave them a 1 because...

Metro PCS is a good company, i dont have a problem with the phone and network but this particular branch in auburn near Super savers store sucks.. I believe the older lady is the manager. Customer service sucks, don't make the customer wait and just ignore them or pretend that you dont see them.. if youre busy with other people explain to them why.. You need to change the management of this site.. when i pay my bill and I know i was ahead of time, the cashier made a comment "youre paying early?" so what if i pay early.. you should be happy and also customer service comes with sincerity, you may can fake it but make sure youre good at it...People can tell the...

Stopped in Metro PCS store on Auburn Way N to look into switching to them. The only sales person was talking with a customer, so I waited thinking I would be helped soon. After waiting for ten minutes, all of which to find out they were just gossiping I was still being ignored. Bad enough not being greeted when I entered, but to be ignored was insult to injury. This lack of customer service tells me that Metro PCS is not worth...
