The manager of this store or whomever makes the schedules only has 1 poor girl scheduled on a 90° day. This poor gal hadn't so much as had a second to blink all day and looked like she was about to drop. Between the endless stream of customers and having to pay attention to door dash orders as well it was inhumane to say the least. And it's not like they aren't making enough money to pay an appropriate number of people for a shift, charging 9 dollars for a piddly little scoop. Muckleshoot sweet shop gives scoops the size of a babys head and charges way less. 10 dollars for a milk shake, and with the number of people streaming through there all day, they have zero excuses for what they did to this poor girl. I had assumed her coworkers must have called in last minute but when i asked she said no she was the only one scheduled and that she had tried in vain to get one of her coworkers to cover her shift but they all refused because it was insane. The line was so long we were left waiting for the poor abused gal for 25 minutes to get served and we were some of the lucky ones who entered when there were only 8 people before us. They had ordered home sunday kits and blended beverages and such. Then just to add insult to injury they dont appear to be ordering any more of my flavor Day at the Beach in spite of it being the height of summer and the best flavor in there. And of course they dont have another salted vanilla flavor nor one with graham crackers swirled in so it was pretty much an all around disappointing experience. Ive visited this store fairly often since we moved to the area in 1993 and never seen such deeply disturbing abuse before. I wanted to send the poor girl home and lock up the store for the rest of the day at least. It should be illegal to do this to an employee, if its...

I went here with my boyfriend several months ago, around November 2016. Until then, I didn't think you could possibly screw up ice cream.
I had ordered a hot fudge sundae. I wasn't a big fan of hot fudge and I only ever got it when regular chocolate syrup wasn't an option.
Well, the hot fudge was somehow burnt. It made the ice cream taste terrible. I couldn't eat it. I'm a shy person, and I've dealt with mean customers, so I was really nervous to go up and tell the guy working there what happened. I didn't want to seem annoying. My boyfriend persuaded me to, because he was sure I could get a refund or at the very least a free scoop to make up for it.
We went up there together, and told him in a hesitant tone that the hot fudge was burnt and it tasted terrible. I was about to ask for a refund or something when the young guy working there said something along the lines of, "Well, everyone else liked it." And he walked away from us. I was already nervous and didn't want to escalate it, so I just threw away the sundae and left. I regret not asking for a refund.
It was the worst ice cream I'd ever tasted and I thought the employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. He should receive customer...
Read moreThis is the 1st “remodeled”, Baskin Robins I have seen so far and it is beautiful. They even have brownies and little valentine cakes in the display case, lots of quarts to take home, and even beauty dessert on sticks. This place is so clean and did I mention they have the BEST ice cream around! The sugar free turtle ice cream is soooooo good too. Today I went in and picked up a quart of Rocky Road for my hubby-his favorite and I had the sugar free turtle, and a scoop of coconut. Today was a special day because all scoops are 31% off and every 31st throughout the year they will be 31% off. So mark your calendars and go enjoy some ice cream. Or, go check out the new updated Baskin Robbins now....
