Let me start off by saying this bakery is delicious. We have been going for years. The donuts, the cakes, everything is delicious. Saturday I went in and my son wanted a cake pop. The lady and I were having a hard time communicating because of the language barrier so I called my husband on the phone since he speaks Spanish fluently. She ended up giving us the wrong flavor anyway. But my issue is that when I got the cake pop she said I had to pay there which is fine. I've never in all my years going there had to pay at the kitchen and the lady who got a cake from the case immediately before me did not have to pay there. The lady took my card into the kitchen and was gone for a few minutes. It felt very inappropriate. Either update the pictures and information because you guys are lying and just making people drive 20 minutes for something that isnt there. Unless my husband and I are blind and did not see the big cases of bread. Very...
