I stopped by Pandora last Sunday to do some Christmas shopping for my mom and sister. The customer service here was great! I was helped by Chelsea C. and she was the best. She was so patient with me and spent a lot of time showing me all the different things I wanted to see including bracelets, rings, etc. I didn’t really know what I wanted at first, but she asked for my preference of metals and what styles I liked and showed me things that would suit my specific taste. She was super polite and very patient with me, and I would really like to thank her for providing the best customer service! Chelsea also worked with my mother and sister at the same time and was great at multi-tasking and helping us all together. So happy we were able to work with her because we all left happy and with new jewelry that we loved! I will definitely be returning, and I recommend this location to everyone...

I’ve been to this location only three times in the last month and a half and today was the first time I was ACTUALLY helped. I was in and out of the store and got exactly what i was looking for! The first two interactions was a new employee who knows nothing about the jewelry. She was nice but clueless and didn’t seem know the equipment enough to be out on the floor alone. When I first got my bracelet, I spent an hour and half in an empty store due to the wrong information the new associate was telling me. I brought them two rings in which the stones had fallen off. They said they couldn’t exchange them for new ones, because more than a year had passed since the date of purchase, but the fact that I already changed the ring less than a year ago since this situation was already cyclical did not bother them.
