The Pants Store in Auburn, AL, truly exceeded my expectations with their exceptional customer service! A huge shout-out to Lindsey Joiner and Angie for making my shopping experience less stressful (shopping is my least favorite thing to do).

Shopping for my very picky 24-year-old son can be hectic, but the staff made the two hours I was there much more manageable. They shared their favorite personal items and explained why they loved them, which I found incredibly helpful.

On top of that, I was heartbroken when my permanent jewelry—a special keepsake from my birthday trip—broke shortly after I returned home. Lindsey went above and beyond to bring it back to life, completely making my day!

It’s clear that Angie genuinely cares for her employees, and that care radiates through the positive atmosphere she’s created. Her team spoke so highly of her, and I couldn’t agree more. This level of passion and dedication is rare to find.
