I stopped by for a coffee today and asked to use the restroom while the barista was helping someone before me. I was informed that they no longer allow even customers to use their restroom because, apparently, someone had hung out in there for a half hour, so management said "No more".

Denying your supporting customer base the use of a natural need such as bathroom (especially when you sell food and drink) is NOT the way to solve this problem...That's the path to sending customers elsewhere (which is exactly what I did).

Instead of punishing your customers, I'd recommend you enforce a (very reasonable) limitation of facility use for...

The lady at the front was so very nice!! My gf went home with a handful of chocolates and the overall experience of coming to this place was great! I’d recommend bringing your kids and any sweets lover here for a nice well deserved treat! Ice cream and fudges are seasonal so you will always come in for a surprise! #MooseTracksMilkshake...
