I've had a couple of bad experiences at this Starbucks but they were always willing to make it right. I'm chopping it up as due to short staffing professionalism is not being maintained. Starbucks drinks for me is a treat as with inflation has even made necessites cost increased. Today I placed the order and was not let's say up to par. I asked for extra whip they filled close to half of my cup with whipped topping at the bottom then had to audacity to overkill it at the top. Most Starbucks customers know their favorite drinks by heart like me and no how it's supposed to taste and look know and can immediately tell when it's not made correctly. My order was placed at drive-thru but however because of the long wait times I decided to come in to get my drink remade. A barista came over and told me they couldn't take it back due to sanitary purposes but they would like my sticker I said sure. As I was waiting for my drink she came back over and said I'll take that from. The second attempt being cheeky instead of filling the drink up this time to the bottom they decide to not give me as much as the content and overkilled the amount of whipped cream on top again I brought it to their attention. Someone again came over to ask me my problem I expressed my issue and then someone else began to talk over me saying we are just trying to make you happy. I'll give you a refund or we can make your drink over I said I'll take a refund they pulled up my order and said oh you're the customer that came when our computer went down at drive during your transaction so we can't give you a refund. Me paying for a drink is no problem but when you have a place like Starbucks that already charge ridiculously prices for their drinks better attitudes need to be displayed even customers that were picking up they drinks agreed that the whip topping as they saw it was overkill and that they didn't handle it properly. Customer service means everything and this was not displayed during...
Read moreI frequent this Starbucks almost daily and the shift leader Lexi (I believe is her name) always seems to have an issue or at least her demeanor and mannerisms make it seem as if she does. I have visited several other Starbucks in the area and I am always greeted friendly by management and staff. They make me feel as if my business is important however she does not. She does not speak and always has a frown on her face. I witnessed an altercation between her and another customer over the weekend. The customer was speaking with another employee and she took it upon herself to go from one end of the bar to the opposite end where the young lady was and impose into their conversation rudely telling the customer she wasn't going to be welcomed in the establishment. I do not know may have occurred previously but I know that was unnecessary so I decided to leave. I work for the City of Augusta so when I come in most mornings that is how I start my day and I have traveled to Wrightsboro rd location more recently just so I would not have to deal with poor customer service or with someone who clearly doesn't seem to want to deal with myself or any other customers for that matter. My $10/ day may not matter much but 10-20 people's $10/ day will start to make a difference. I know everyone needs their job but my advice to Starbucks as a company if they are going to keep her as an employee is to PLEASE send her through customer service and hospitality training again or find her a place in the back of the establishment to work from because as long as she is representing the company you all will surely continue to...
Read moreIf I could give this restaurant no stars it’ll be too many. I was feeling awesome before I went to this place. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and it took them a minute to give it to me at the Drive thru. After drinking the beverage my throat started hurting, then I started to have chills followed later by an extremely high fever. It’s my thoughts that there are some really awful people working in this restaurant. The person who prepared my drink was either sick or using filthy utensils or bad products to make the beverage. I’d advise anyone who want Starbucks to purchase in an in-house location and stay away from this place unless you want to be sick. I’m still recovering and that was two days ago. I will never return to this location as long as I’m alive. COVID ain’t no joke it’s real and if I could get this sick by frequenting a place that was never an issue before then anyone could. Word from the wise when you have frequent customers you should seek to satisfy and keep business not pass out bad beverages to lose customers because you’re tired of working in the place. Stay home and find another job if you’re tired of seeing the same ole faces. Go join the military it’s full of diversity. Apparently customer service isn’t for you. Starbucks is just coffee and hand crafted expensive beverages....
