There is no way in H this location has a 3.9. I stopped going here about 3 years ago. I figured by now things would be better. I went today through the drive thru the young man that took the order was pleasant but when I approached the window the young lady looked like she had the worst attitude in life. She passed me 4 shakes when I ask for 3 then she closes the window didn’t tell me the other half of my order was being cooked so it would be out shortly or nothing. There was another young lady with headsets on who looked me dead in the face and ignored me so I had to blow my horn. The original young girl came to the window with an even worse attitude so I told her I was charged for 4 when I only ordered 3 she turned around to tell someone else never told me to hold on or anything. The window was open slightly so the other lady with the headset on comes and close the window in my face. When I grew up as a teen we were happy to have a job. Well mannered and respectful. These young kids today have the absolute worst attitude about life are rude disrespectful and ill mannered. Safe to say I will NEVER visit this location again. Awful! Ever since owners changed some years ago, they hit you with the okie doke with blizzards. Over half of the bottom half of the blizzard is ALL vanilla ice cream. Of course, you won't know it until you've eaten a small amount of the top portion. So then, on your next visit you tell them to blend it from the bottom up (which should NOT have to be requested)... they STILL play in your face and only put your candy/cookies only on the top (specifically, the lady owner did this to me last week). That's WRONG charging the full amount when yall KNOWINGLY NEVER make it properly. NEVER IN DQ HISTORY has anyone EVER made half axx blizzards like this location. Read moreWhen I arrived, there were three teenagers working who were unprofessional and extremely rude. It took them an unreasonable amount of time to come to the window, and when they did, they informed me the store was only accepting cash.
When I asked whether management was aware of the machines being down, or if this was simply an excuse to take cash, their behavior suggested they were not taking the situation seriously. What made matters worse was that one of the employees (pictured) refused to provide me with the store’s phone number when I requested it so I could report the issue.
This type of behavior reflects very poorly on your company. Customers deserve respectful service, transparency, and honesty. I would appreciate this matter being addressed promptly, as well as confirmation that management is aware of the situation.
