Orchard Square — Local services in Augusta

I went there and had the most horrible experience. Looking for 9×9pavers for back patio. Employee on forklift refused to fulfill our request until we pay for over 100lbs. of pavers. I had to seek out a manger about this. No that was not a store policy but that's what the peon chose to do. I absolutely dislike this type of foolishness. I was looking to get someone fired that day. I hope to never go through that again. It will be corporate and a lawyer the next time. Obviously racially motivated by a black man and I am black as well. Hey! - It's a shopping square! It's got plenty of stores and parking in it! It can be a BIT hard getting in & out during the day, especially rush hour, and I would strongly recommend using the exits which use a stoplight if you want to be extra safe and don't want to take any chances - and sometimes the wait is worth it since pulling out - especially on a left turn! - can be a hazardous hassle.

I DON'T USUALLY GIVE PLACES A BAD REVIEW BUT, THIS PLACE WAS JUST AWFUL! FIRSTLY, THEY ARE IN AN AWFUL LOCATION RIGHT AT THE INTERSTATE EXIT! BAD SITUATION FOR TRAFFIC BOTH WAYS! THE LOWE'S STORE WAS AWFUL AS WELL! THEY WERE UNDERSTAFFED AND, THE STORE WAS TOO CROWDED FOR YOU TO MOVE AROUND! LOWE'S STORE WAS WAY UNDERSTAFFED!
